After browsing the shops and taking a walk around Songdo Triple Street, I was craving fragrant, authentic Indian food, so I visited this Indian restaurant that is known as a great curry spot in Songdo!

When you want to skip the usual pasta or barbecue and dip big, chewy tandoor-baked naan into rich, mild curry, listen up! It is a great place for everyone from kids to adults to enjoy chicken curry, chicken, and rice in a generous spread, haha!

The place I visited this time was Manokamana Triple Street Branch 2 (머노까머나 트리플스트리트2호점), in the Triple Street basement dining area! I ordered a set, and it filled the table with freshly baked, huge, chewy naan, fluffy rice, mild chicken curry, and lightly seasoned chicken dishes. It honestly felt like taking a proper Indian food trip, haha.

Manokamana Triple Street Branch 2 location and parking
The restaurant is at 33-3 Songdogwahak-ro 16beon-gil, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, near Songdo Triple Street Building C or the basement dining area. From Exit 2 of Technopark Station on Incheon Metro Line 1, you can walk past Hyundai Premium Outlet to Triple Street. The Triple Street dedicated parking lot is free for a whopping 5 hours, so there is zero worry about parking fees even if you eat, shop, and go to a café afterward.

An exotic yet cozy restaurant atmosphere
The moment I arrived at the entrance, the gentle, fragrant scent of authentic spices pleasantly tickled my nose! Inside, exotic decorative touches that interpreted an Indian local feel in a polished, modern way, along with upscale lighting, immediately caught my eye, haha.

The tables were nicely spaced and cozy, making it just as suitable for a date as for a family meal or gathering with friends. The staff welcomed me warmly and kindly from the moment I walked in, so I could settle in comfortably and look over the menu. ❤️
A set menu with everything from naan to lassi
I debated ordering individual dishes, but decided on a set menu that lets you sample Manokamana's popular signature items all at once!

A full-course combination of piping-hot freshly baked naan, salad, fluffy rice, lightly seasoned chicken barbecue, lassi, and smooth, sweet curry! Haha. You can adjust the curry's spice level, and I chose mild chicken curry, which anyone can enjoy without hesitation.
Handmade tandoor naan bigger than my face
Before long, the set was neatly and generously arranged across the table! The golden tandoor aroma and creamy curry scent instantly got my mouth watering, haha. I started by tearing into the naan, fresh from the tandoor and sending up clouds of hot steam!

It was so large that it stuck out of the basket, haha. When I pulled it apart, the texture was incredible: crisp outside and stretchy, chewy inside like rice cake. 😭❤️ Even eaten plain, the bread's mild, nutty flavor spread all through my mouth!
Smooth, sweet mild chicken curry
The star of the day, the mild chicken curry, had generous chunks of tender boneless chicken in a creamy orange sauce where tomato, cream, and butter flavors melted together beautifully.

A spoonful had none of the harshness of spicy or intense spices; instead, it was supremely smooth and gently sweet, melting in my mouth! I dipped a torn piece of chewy naan deeply into the mild chicken curry and took a huge bite...

Wow... the exclamations came out the instant I chewed, haha. The smooth curry soaked deliciously into the chewy naan, while the mild chicken juices came through more with every bite. I simply could not put down either my spoon or my hands. ❤️
Light chicken and curry-mixed rice
The chicken that came with the set was also delicious: the excess oil had been cooked out, yet the meat was moist rather than dry, haha.

Its characteristic spice seasoning was absorbed without being overpowering, so it was tasty on its own; soaked generously in the mild chicken curry sauce, its savory flavor exploded to 200%!

After happily tearing through the naan, I piled plenty of mild chicken curry over the set rice and mixed it all together!

The smooth, rich curry sauce coated every grain of fluffy rice, giving me another kind of comforting, hearty deliciousness that was different from the naan, hehe. Alternating between naan and rice, chicken and curry, I scraped up every last bit and ended the meal completely stuffed and satisfied.

I would recommend Manokamana Triple Street Branch 2 to anyone looking for a filling meal before or after shopping at Songdo Triple Street in Incheon, or hoping to enjoy authentic Indian curry and chewy naan as a full course! I was genuinely so satisfied, and I think this will become one of my regular spots. Seriously, highly recommended, haha.
