Seoul bar in Bangi-dong with Kahlua milk and Godfather: B-LAB Jamsil

Looking for a good cocktail bar in Bangi-dong? This time I visited B-LAB Jamsil Bangi, an unlimited cocktail bar run directly by a world champion bartender. If you're hunting for a Bangi-dong restaurant or a spot in the food alley, stick around! My friends and I finally got together after a while and wanted somewhere we could hang out for hours without worrying about the bill, and that's how I found this place.

Where is B-LAB Jamsil Bangi and how do you get there?

B-LAB Jamsil Bangi is located on the 2nd floor of 22-9 Olympic-ro 32-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul. It's 583m from Jamsil Station Exit 10, and also close to Mongchontoseong Station Exit 3 — just walk toward the Bangi-dong food alley.

Turns out the place is run personally by a world champion bartender who's ranked #1 in bartender rankings for five years running and has even appeared on SBS's Masters of Living. It felt surreal to meet someone with such a flashy career right here in Bangi-dong. Normally a cocktail bar runs ₩15,000 to ₩25,000 per glass, but at B-LAB you can drink unlimited with no time limit.

The interior had pink lighting and even a chandelier, so the vibe was gorgeous. It was great for photos too — perfect for getting that one great shot.

How QR ordering and the strength and sweetness options work

Every table at B-LAB Jamsil Bangi has a QR code, so ordering is simple through your phone. You don't have to flag down staff, which meant I could order more without feeling awkward about it.

You can even pick your preferred alcohol strength and sweetness, so people who aren't big drinkers can enjoy it comfortably too.

You can bring in outside food or delivery, and board games are free to use, so there was never a dull moment.

The cocktails we ordered, from vodka cranberry to Godfather

We ordered a mix of signature cocktails and classics. The menu ranges from classic cocktails to B-LAB's own signatures, so many options that it was actually fun trying to decide what to get.

We started with the vodka cranberry, sweet and tangy and very easy to drink. Apparently it's one of B-LAB's signature menu items.

Next we ordered the new menu item, B-LAB Earl Grey, which had a subtle black tea aroma with a clean finish — a flavor women especially seem to love. My personal favorite though was the Kahlua milk, smooth and nutty, almost like eating dessert. Highly recommend that one.

Finally we ordered the classic cocktails Godfather and Godmother, whiskey-based with a heavy, deep aroma.

Buttered popcorn came out as a side for the cocktails, salty enough that I kept reaching for it.

Is B-LAB Jamsil Bangi worth it for a long night with friends?

B-LAB Jamsil Bangi let us drink unlimited without worrying about the price, so it was seriously great value. The staff were kind and welcoming too, so even on a first visit it didn't feel awkward at all — it felt comfortable. If you go with friends who love to drink, I think you'll really have a great time.
