This is the basil chicken apple bun from Florisandwich Jamsil. It's rye bread with sandwich sauce, antibiotic-free chicken tossed in basil pesto, tomato, cheese, apple, and romaine.

You can tell the ingredients aren't skimped on at all.. it looks so plump that even half of it seems like it'd be filling.

The chicken is high in protein and tossed in basil pesto so it's tasty, and thanks to the apple's moisture it's not dry at all — the balance is great! 🍎

Caprese bun, 11,000 won

This is the caprese bun from Florisandwich Jamsil. Inside the rye bread there's romaine drizzled with balsamic sauce, two whole chunks of fresh mozzarella, and tomato.

The caprese bun is a sandwich but it tastes like a whole caprese salad packed inside, so it's fresh yet filling. It was way better than eating it as a salad 🥹🥹

As a healthy snack, even eating half of it kept me full for a long time, and the combo of fresh mozzarella and tomato made it great to enjoy with coffee as a light meal. A sandwich that's also good for people on a diet!

The rye bread itself was so nutty and soft that the bread alone was delicious?! As someone who loves veggies, the loads of romaine gave a crunchy texture, and the combo with tangy balsamic was the best… ✨🍅

Spicy chicken ciabatta, 10,800 won

This is the spicy chicken ciabatta from Florisandwich Jamsil. Thanks to the ciabatta being baked fresh in the oven every day, you feel the warmth the moment you get it 🥹 It's a combo of chicken tossed in spicy sauce, tomato, romaine, and olive ciabatta!

Since it's olive ciabatta instead of regular ciabatta, it's extra special, and even if you save it for later, the chicken breast sauce soaks into the bread and makes it moist and delicious 👀👍🏻

Just this one sandwich is completely filling, and the sauce is so good I feel like I could eat it every day without getting tired of it — that's the spicy chicken ciabatta. It's cut in half so it's easy to eat, and great to pack for a picnic too! Highly recommend if you like ciabatta sandwiches ❤️

The ham cheese croissant from Florisandwich Jamsil! A big croissant with a lovely buttery scent, packed thick with tomato, romaine, ham, and cheese.

The thoughtfulness of pinning the halves in place separately ㅠㅜ The aroma is amazing too, and the ham + cheese combo brings out the bread's flavor while keeping the fillings mild so you never get tired of it, you know? A super classic, must-order ham cheese croissant 🥐
