Picking up the 100% dairy cream 100-day cake

I arrived right at pickup time, and our baby's pretty 100-day cake was already waiting. In the showcase there was this cake that looked so white and pure, my heart skipped a beat.

The owner of Circus Rabbit did the icing like it was true art. It's a white whipped-cream cake, but the lettering is clean with no excess, so pure white — it was absolutely perfect as a Jamsil 100-day cake!

When I got home and unwrapped it, the pure white 100-day cake looked even more striking.

I agonized a lot over what design to choose for the 100-day cake from this Jamsil lettering cake shop, but the owner showed me tons of design samples. There were even more photos beyond what I saw, but I went with the design the owner recommended haha.

Ta-da! Even prettier with these lovely candles stuck in, right? haha Tying ribbons onto the candles added a whole extra spoonful of sentiment 💕

Together with our baby and her nanny, we stuck the candles into the custom-ordered lettering cake and celebrated the 100 days. It felt meaningful, since it's thanks to our nanny that we could raise her well to this point.

Isn't it just so pretty? ㅠㅠ For a simple design like this lettering cake, the icing really matters, and I think the owner of Circus Rabbit nailed it with such a clean finish.

Once I tasted it, I understood why the owner's famous Japanese pastry school background mattered. The cake melted away in my mouth, and both our nanny and my husband kept praising how truly delicious it was.

I cut into it myself and tried a piece — the flavor of the 100% dairy whipped cream was seriously next-level. Usually when you order a lettering cake, even if reviews say it's tasty, it often turns out dry, but this Jamsil lettering cake from Circus Rabbit would be delicious enough to sell as just a plain cake.
