Brunch with you in an atmospheric space, Bueokgan BUUK.

My husband and I stopped by as part of our Suwan District date, enjoying filling, delicious Italian dishes such as pasta and wood-fired pizza at the lovely Bueokgan Suwan Branch (부엌간 수완점).

Bueokgan Suwan Branch 🍽

A Suwan District brunch space with a green view
At Bueokgan in Suwan District, couples and groups of women were enjoying brunch together and spending a cheerful time. With its beautiful view of lush greenery, it is also getting attention as a place for gatherings in Suwan District. 🌿
It had been such a long time since my husband and I came to Suwan District, so we ordered a couple set and properly enjoyed everything from salad to rosé pasta and chewy pepperoni wood-fired pizza.

Bueokgan is a Suwan District Italian restaurant with a lovely atmosphere where it feels like you could have a great time with anyone. Now! Let’s go see what makes it so appealing!

What about parking and the interior?
Bueokgan Suwan Branch is on the first floor of a three-story building at the entrance to a quiet alley. There is no dedicated parking lot, so we parked on the street and in the alley. There were outdoor tables too, perfect for a nice day.

A bright interior with a soothing green view through the windows! It is the kind of place that gets lots of sunlight 🌞, so I was in a good mood from the moment I entered.

There was also a wine cellar near the entrance. 🍷 With wines by the glass as well as bottles, it would be nice to enjoy a little wine with your meal.

We were shown to our table and ordered at the kiosk. ✨️ Even the spotless tableware felt stylish at Bueokgan. 🍽

For Couple Set B, we ordered garden salad, shrimp rosé pasta, pepperoni pizza, iced batch brew coffee, and apple Earl Grey ade, then enjoyed brunch at Bueokgan. The total came to ₩55,000, including the surcharges for each menu item.
Couple Set B: what we ordered and how it tasted
A fresh, bright start to brunch: garden salad 🥗

The garden salad, topped with fresh salad greens, cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced prosciutto, and cheese, was fresh and clean-tasting—a wonderful way to whet the appetite before the meal.

Taking a bite here and there between the other mains gave my palate a light refresh, haha.
Rich rosé sauce meets plump shrimp: shrimp rosé pasta 🍝

The shrimp rosé pasta had a thick, rich rosé sauce that coated every strand of pasta deeply, giving it great flavor.

It was generously filled with plump, substantial shrimp too, adding a springy bite with every chew. Of everything we had that day, this rosé pasta was my absolute favorite. Looking at the photos makes me want it again.
A savory wood-fired pepperoni pizza loaded with cheese 🍕

The pepperoni pizza had a crisp outer crust and came out beautifully browned from the wood-fired oven. The nutty, chewy cheese and salty pepperoni made for fantastic flavor, texture, and aroma.

The dough was neither too thin nor too thick, and the cheese was added in just the right amount rather than overdoing it, so it went beautifully with the pepperoni. They were generous with the pepperoni too, which made it even more satisfying.

Even the edge of the dough was baked crisp, so every bite, from the hearty first one to the last, was delicious.
Drinks that make the perfect refreshing finish

The set’s two drinks were not limited to basic soda; there was a varied selection from coffee to juice and ade. My husband ordered iced batch brew coffee, while I chose the sweet-and-tangy apple Earl Grey ade! One sip, and I immediately knew I had made an excellent choice.
Apple Earl Grey? And as an ade! I already love apple drinks, but even my husband, who does not usually prefer sweet drinks, enjoyed it. It was not overly sweet, with a clean and refreshing taste. 🍎✨️👍
I loved this drink so much! If you visit Bueokgan in Suwan District, I really recommend trying this ade at least once.
