This time I went with my mom, Chече, Chacha, and even my grandmother — the whole family finally getting together for a leisurely brunch! Since we had kids and adults going together, I wanted somewhere comfortable enough for everyone that could also cover a full meal and dessert in one visit, and that's how we ended up at Geurimseu Cafe, a large brunch café in Cheonan.

Even before stepping inside, the building itself at Geurimseu Cafe stood out — genuinely impressive. It's not just a pretty interior; there are individual tables set up on the outdoor terrace and rooftop too, so it was fun just wandering around the space.

Watching it during our visit, I kept thinking — once the weather cools down a bit, sitting out here would be amazing! Especially on a breezy spring or fall day, eating brunch inside and then having coffee on the terrace or rooftop would be such a great atmosphere.

And when you're going to a café with family, parking is a surprisingly big deal, right? Geurimseu Cafe's parking lot is genuinely spacious, so we barely had to worry about it. When you're moving around with two kids, a cramped lot or a far-off spot is stressful before you even arrive — but here, with plenty of space, it was so much easier moving around with Chечe and Chacha.

I liked that Geurimseu Cafe lets you order brunch, bakery items, drinks, and desserts all in one place. On top of that, the space is generously sized, so it didn't feel crowded visiting as a family. Brunch runs 11:00–18:00, so keep that in mind if you're planning on a meal here 🤍

The interior was much bigger than I expected, with roomy spacing between tables, so it was comfortable to settle in. Even with the whole family there, it never felt cramped — overall it had a clean, pleasant atmosphere.

Beyond the brunch menu, there was a wide range of bakery items, drinks, and bingsu (shaved ice desserts), so we could cover a full meal and dessert in one visit.

We ended up picking this and that off the menu, and before we knew it, we'd ordered quite a lot. And since this café is dog-friendly, they even had treats ready for dogs! Such a thoughtful touch from the owner 🤍

What we ordered that day was a vanilla latte, injeolmi bingsu, cream bread, and balsamic mushroom pizza 🤍 First up, the balsamic mushroom pizza we got as our meal!

It was seriously delicious, way more than expected haha. You get that deep, savory mushroom flavor, and with the balsamic added it wasn't heavy at all — I just kept reaching for more slices. If you love mushrooms, this is definitely your kind of pizza!

We enjoyed it so much we had leftovers packed to go, and when I gave it to my husband at home, he took one bite and went, "where's this from, it's so good?" haha. He hadn't even come with us, and one leftover slice was enough for him to ask where we bought it — that says it all, right? Honestly, of all the dishes we had that day, this pizza stuck with me the most. So if you're looking for a proper meal at a Cheonan brunch spot, I'd definitely recommend the pizza.

Wow... the portion was seriously huge haha. It looked generous just by sight, but eating it, it was truly enough for the whole family to share.

With its nutty injeolmi (sweet rice cake powder) flavor, my grandmother and mom both loved it, and it was easy for Chечe and Chacha to eat too haha. We'd also picked out cream bread to eat afterward, but we got so full from the bingsu that we never even got to open it... that's how filling the bingsu was.
