Seafood rosé pasta, 16,000 won

The seafood rosé pasta was loaded with fresh mussels, clams, and cocktail shrimp, and several plump, sizable shrimp made it a winner even before the first bite.

Best of all, the noodles were cooked slightly past al dente — never too firm, but not mushy either, which made every bite a pleasure right to the end. The rosé sauce had just the right creaminess to pair well with the seafood. Great combo!

Sous vide pork neck steak, 20,000 won

The highlight was the steak — cooked sous vide, it had zero dryness and was incredibly tender.

The sauce served alongside was the real kicker — slightly spicy with a deep, nutty richness that paired perfectly with the clean flavor of the pork neck steak.

Adding a bit of the wasabi that came with the steak on top was also delicious.
