Parking and the wait at Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, in the middle of the Cheonan food street
I visited Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch, smack in the middle of Cheonan's Meokgeori-gil food street! Parking was super convenient right next to the café at the Sinbu 4 Public Parking Lot, and the first 30 minutes are free!!
From the photos alone I had no idea it was right in the middle of downtown like this, but the black-toned exterior was exactly my style.
Even on a weekday afternoon, Brewers Coffee Sinbu-dong had so many customers there was even a wait. Luckily a seat opened up right away for us, so we grabbed it before ordering. Definitely lived up to its reputation as a Sinbu-dong café hotspot.

How do the pistachio canelé and the financiers taste?
At Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch I picked a pistachio canelé, a Nunettine financier, and a vanilla macadamia financier. There were so many kinds of financiers and canelés that I spent a long while deciding what to get.
The pistachio canelé stood out — crisp on the outside and moist inside — and the Nunettine and vanilla macadamia financiers each had a clearly different flavor, which made it fun to try one after another.
They tasted freshly baked, true to the claim that the baked goods are made fresh every morning. My one pick was the pistachio canelé!
Is Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch worth a return visit?
If it were near my home, I think I'd come here often — it's exactly the style of Cheonan café I like. Definitely one I want on my Cheonan café recommendation list! Next time I want to try other menu items too.
