I was so surprised the moment I walked in through the entrance! There were so many people. I thought, 'Wait, is this place really this popular?' But one look at the menu and it made total sense. So many desserts, and each one looked gorgeous.

The case was full of desserts that hit right in the sweet spot for women's tastes, so I spent a good while deciding what to pick haha. But it wasn't just the desserts — the coffee was great too, so I got why so many people come here.

I wanted to sit and enjoy my dessert and coffee at leisure, but the place was so popular and full of people that this time I quickly picked my desserts and decided to get them to go instead.

How takeout orders reach the outdoor tables

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch has outdoor tables too — if you order dessert and coffee to go and sit at one of them, the staff will actually bring your order out to you. I feel like once the weather turns cooler, these outdoor tables will fill up fast too, haha. On a nice day like this, it seems like a great spot for a coffee outside.

I took mine to go and ate it right away while working.

I was pretty tired that day, but maybe thanks to the delicious desserts, I felt my mood lift and my stress melt away even while working, haha. Once I had something sweet, I wasn't tired at all lol.

What the Nunettine financier and almond choco madeleine taste like

Of all the desserts I picked from Brewers Coffee, the ones I liked best were the Nunettine financier and the almond choco madeleine. Especially the Nunettine financier — my personal favorite! The outside was so crispy, the texture was fantastic. That signature chewy financier feel combined with the crisp exterior went so well with coffee. And the almond choco madeleine, which you absolutely MUST eat on a rough day — it was so, so good! Sweet with a deep, rich

chocolate flavor that came through — one sip of coffee, one bite of dessert, and I just kept reaching for more, haha. If you love sweet desserts, this one is going to hit your sweet spot exactly!! The other desserts I picked were all delicious too, not a single miss.

A nutty americano with no sourness

The americano I had alongside the desserts was satisfying too. That nutty coffee flavor was exactly my taste!! If you like nutty coffee without any sourness, Brewers is definitely for you. It paired perfectly with the sweet desserts.

The best way to visit Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch

Brewers Coffee Cheonan Sinbu Branch was a great spot for when you're craving something sweet after lunch and want to enjoy it with good coffee! If you want to relax and enjoy it inside, it's probably best to avoid the busy hours, and if you're short on time like I was, taking it to go works great too.

If you love coffee, or if you're serious about dessert, this place is worth a visit at least once :) Next time I'll try to come at a quieter time, sit inside, relax with a coffee, and properly try the other desserts I didn't get to this time, haha.
