Worang Myeongga is a really satisfying spot to eat 1++ hanwoo cow beef, and this time I went to the Daejeon Yuseong main branch. Let's get into the review!

Where is Worang Myeongga Daejeon Yuseong Main Branch, and is there parking?

The whole building is Worang Myeongga, so it was really easy to find and comfortable to eat in.
Inside Worang Myeongga: private rooms and tables that fit a company dinner
The inside of Worang Myeongga Daejeon Yuseong main branch was really big and spacious. The tables were spaced well apart, so it was a pleasant environment to eat in.
There were also lots of table types, from 4-person to 8-person, so it looked good for family visits, gatherings, or company group dinners.
There's also a private room, which is nice for a quieter meal!

Worang Myeongga Daejeon Yuseong main branch stood out for its upscale interior, and they also had nice alcohol like ginseng wine and wine for gifting. If you're stuck on what to get for a holiday gift, this could be a good option!
I was seated at a neatly set table, and the table had a divider, so it was a comfortable place to eat.
How ordering works: choosing your own hanwoo at the in-store butcher counter
At Worang Myeongga, you buy your meat at the butcher shop inside the restaurant before eating — you can pick from kkotdeungsim (marbled rib eye), salchisal (chuck flap), a mixed set of specialty cuts, and more, depending on your taste.
Worang Myeongga only handles 1++ hanwoo cow beef. That alone guarantees the flavor. Just so you know!
Marbling on the hanwoo workang mixed-cuts set, grilled over charcoal

✔️ Hanwoo workang set
I chose the hanwoo workang (mixed cuts) set. Can you see that gorgeous marbling? The meat was as juicy and tender as that marbling promises.

Side dishes at Worang Myeongga: seasoned raw crab, beef tartare and tripe
After picking the meat, I came back to the table. Then they set out the basic side dishes — salad, myeongi-namul (mountain garlic leaves), baek-kimchi (white kimchi), japchae (glass noodle stir-fry), and more, and there were plenty of them.

They also brought out yangnyeom gejang (seasoned raw crab), and the spicy seasoning on this crab was genuinely delicious! I ordered rice separately just to eat it with this.

And get this — they also serve yuk-sashimi (raw beef tartare) and cheonyeop (beef tripe)!! Dipping the yuk-sashimi in the sauce, the spicy sauce paired with the texture of the beef really well, and the chewiness of the tripe was so satisfying too.
The steamed egg was so soft!! Worang Myeongga does charge a separate table setting fee, but with side dishes this generous, honestly, thank you!
I grilled the beautifully marbled meat over charcoal — it was great just dipped in salt, and just as good wrapped up with myeongi-namul and garlic. The tender beef's juiciness and chewiness were really good.
Hanwoo ugeoji-tang with a bowl of rice
I also tried the hanwoo ugeoji-tang (dried radish green soup) — after eating just meat, which can get a little rich, the spiciness of this soup cuts right through it. So I ordered a bowl of rice to go with it, and the combo was perfect!!
Self-serve bar dessert at Worang Myeongga: go for the corn

There's a self-serve bar too, so I had fruit and corn for dessert — the corn was reeeally good! I highly recommend you try the corn.
