We ordered pork galbi for two, and the marinade was evenly coated over the whole piece, served in large chunks that made my mouth water even before grilling.🤤

Grilled to a golden brown over charcoal, a subtle smoky aroma mixed with the sweet scent of the pork galbi, building even more anticipation for the taste — not a secret anymore!

The well-grilled pork galbi had juicy, moist meat, and the sweet marinade flavor spread more with each bite. It was sweet without being overly intense, so I kept reaching for more, and paired with the basic side dishes, it was delicious without getting heavy.
