Why we ended up at Bueokgan after the Shinsegae Premium Outlets sale

I went during the Shinsegae Premium Outlets sale period haha. Today I'll tell you about a Busan restaurant that really satisfied me~~

After shopping like crazy I got hungry and headed straight to eat something delicious haha

The outlet itself gives off an overseas department store vibe haha. You can move around the outdoor space at leisure, so it's somewhere I genuinely like even on normal days

And enjoying Western food outdoors in the breeze made it feel just like I was traveling abroad, which made it even better haha

The place I'm introducing today is Bueokgan, a Western restaurant among Busan's good restaurants, located in Gijang

It's a franchise location, but they cook with real care and the prices are reasonable, so I really want to recommend it haha

What we ordered at Bueokgan was the arugula pizza and the lasagna

The arugula pizza has a pastry dough crust, so the texture is really special haha

One bite and it's crisp with a nutty flavor spreading through it. The distinct character of wood-fired pizza was alive in it, so it genuinely felt like pizza you'd eat overseas haha

Lasagna was a dish I hadn't ordered at a restaurant in a long time, and it was so appealing my spoon didn't stop haha

I usually prefer other dishes, but now when I go to a Western restaurant I find myself wanting lasagna over anything else — it completely won me over haha lol. The texture was soft and the seasoning was so perfectly balanced I kept marveling at it while eating haha ㅜㅜㅜ

The overall atmosphere was lovely too, so it's a great spot for a family gathering, a date with a partner, or a get-together with friends or acquaintances

Since Bueokgan is inside the outlet complex, I thought there's no better route than shopping to your heart's content and then having a good meal right away haha. From the outside alone, with its flashy look and stylish English signage, it's easy to assume the prices would be pretty high haha lol. But for the price you pay, it's a place packed with both flavor and atmosphere haha ㅜㅜㅜ

Even the pickles that came with the meal were refreshing enough that I kept reaching for them, and the interior had pretty little touches everywhere that kept my mood up the whole time
