Jackson Pizza, an American-style pizza restaurant! The exterior gives serious American vibes too. The sign stands out so you can spot it right away. Jackson Pizza is already famous, but the Wirye branch is especially popular because you can eat in a clean, nice dining space 👍

Inside seating — is it okay to bring a baby?

Seating is 2-4 person tables, with room for about 7 groups, and more if adjoining tables are separated. Since it was the weekend, a lot of families were coming in. Weekday lunches come with a discount too, so it's worth checking out if you're looking for pizza on a weekday afternoon!

This is a window seat, and with the nice weather, this spot was great too.

The spacing between tables was quite wide, enough to fit a stroller in between, making it a great pizza spot to bring a baby to.

Lots of families visiting made the place feel even more lively.

They have disposable gloves for easy pizza eating and plenty of wet wipes too!! Just the right things, thoughtfully provided. Extra sauces available include hot sauce, cheese powder, and red pepper flakes.

How to enjoy Jackson Pizza the best way! The coleslaw salad is also made in-house at this branch, but you need to order it separately.

What we ordered — Half & Half Large (Zesty Jackson + Greekology)

Half & Half (Zesty Jackson + Greekology), 2 zero-sugar colas. Ordering through the QR code was super convenient! You pay on your way out.

The two zero-sugar colas came out first. Jackson Pizza Wirye even gives you an ice cup ~ Water and paper cups come as standard too. You've got to drink cola with ice! Haha

You can only order half & half starting at the large size. I wanted to try a variety, so I went with half & half large!! The two menus are total opposites. Zesty Jackson is my husband's pick, Greekology is mine 😆

The toppings are piled on generously. Zesty Jackson is absolutely packed with bacon.

Since it's made with 2-day aged dough, you can't leave even the edge of the crust behind.. it's that good. The look of it was seriously golden-brown gorgeous!

The pickles and ranch sauce made at Jackson Pizza Wirye Branch! Both are excellent. You can't have Jackson Pizza without them. Honestly, that's part of why I make a point of eating it here at the store.

Greekology is topped with zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, and plenty of other vegetables. There's no meat in it at all. And yet it's incredibly delicious even without meat.

Greekology is a pizza that somehow makes you feel healthier too — a two-birds-one-stone kind of menu item.

The vegetables have great texture and keep their own natural aroma, so you get a lot of different vegetable flavors. I don't even like eggplant normally, but why is Jackson Pizza's eggplant so good?

Meat-loaded Zesty Jackson

The bacon on Zesty Jackson was quite thick-cut. Not too dry, crispy on the outside while keeping that rich meaty flavor 👍

Bits of beef are studded throughout too. The cheese stretches nicely, and since it's a hot pizza eaten right out of the oven, it's several times better than getting it delivered.

With toppings piled on this generously, it fills you up in the best way..!

The dough is crisp yet chewy, tasty even on its own! Dipping it in their house-made ranch sauce is also amazing. We didn't leave a single bite behind haha

The pickles are so refreshing and tasty that you keep reaching for more. They pair perfectly with the pizza.

This is the ranch sauce and pickles we refilled because they were so good. We devoured every last bit with the pizza ~~ The ranch sauce is thick and rich, with an excellent aroma. It pairs beautifully with the pizza too.

Once it starts feeling a bit rich, we sprinkle on some red pepper flakes too!

Thoughts after a repeat visit

Every time I visit the Wirye branch, I feel it — freshly baked pizza is on a whole different level! The ranch sauce and pickles at the Wirye branch are also essential, can't skip them. Definitely worth a visit as a top pick at Wirye Central Plaza!
