Today I want to share a hidden brunch hotspot right across from the Grand Hyatt Hannam-dong, Seoul — Ongfleur!
If you're walking Namsan trails or passing through the Gyeongnidan-gil alleys, the teal-accented exterior catches your eye right away. It's a house converted into an antique, cozy space with an equally perfect lineup of international-style brunch dishes haha. The owner was also seriously the friendliest ever, so I felt great the whole meal!

Ongfleur's brunch menu and what we ordered

Here's what we ordered at Ongfleur that day.
- Brioche French toast: ₩18,000
- Smoked salmon eggs Benedict: ₩18,000
- Cherry ade: ₩7,000
- Iced americano: ₩5,000

Brunch spots usually leave you not quite full, but Ongfleur surprised me — the plates were piled generously full!
Brioche French toast at Ongfleur, ₩18,000

Ongfleur's brioche French toast is ₩18,000, freshly cooked to order in the kitchen, and the bread is truly the fluffiest, softest thing haha.

On top of the sweet toast, crisp salty bacon and sausage,

and then a generous pile of seasonal fruit and salad — olives, shine muscat grapes, tomatoes — so the sweet-and-salty combo is amazing lol.

The portions are hearty enough to work as a full meal!
Smoked salmon eggs Benedict at Ongfleur, ₩18,000

The smoked salmon eggs Benedict is ₩18,000 — I ordered it since it's Ongfleur's signature best-seller, and it looked perfect right away! Under the creamy, savory sauce sits a soft poached egg and salmon full of smoky flavor.

Pop the poached egg, let the yolk soak the bread, and eat it together with the salmon and sauce in one bite — it just melts in your mouth. There's salt and pepper on the side, so sprinkling extra pepper here and there takes the flavor up another notch!
Drinks at Ongfleur: cherry ade and iced americano

Cherry ade is ₩7,000, iced americano is ₩5,000. The bright, sweet cherry ade paired really well with the rich, savory brunch dishes, and the iced americano was clean with no acidity, resetting your palate before it could get too heavy lol.
Final verdict: who should visit Ongfleur in Hannam-dong?
The owner was so thoughtful and kind that I left the whole visit feeling warm energy! They don't skimp on fresh seasonal fruit and high-quality ingredients, so it's a solidly worthwhile brunch spot for the price. Absolute value for money!
If you're near Hannam-dong or Itaewon and want a stylish, delicious brunch with your dog without any side-eye, this is my number one recommendation, hands down.
