Bread served with olive oil~ Crisp outside, soft inside, baked really well, nice crunchy texture haha
Zero-sugar cola (₩4,900). At first I thought, wow, a canned cola for ₩4,900 is pretty pricey.. but it came as a 500ml plastic bottle haha

The steak and salad we ordered have arrived~ It felt like the kind of setting where you'd want a glass of wine instead of cola!

Burrata cheese salad (20,900 won): how was it?
An upscale arugula salad combining burrata cheese, prosciutto, and cherry tomatoes marinated in green grape. The arugula is super fresh with salty prosciutto on top, and prosciutto is also beautifully plated over the fresh tomatoes haha

A light dusting of grated cheese on top~
There was plenty of thick, creamy burrata cheese too — all the ingredients were fresh, and the combo of tomato, arugula, and burrata cheese worked really well haha. On top of that, the slightly salty prosciutto kept it from being bland — genuinely delicious salad!

Lamb chop steak (43,900 won) cooked medium rare
A lamb chop steak using Australian lamb under 12 months old, French rack, grilled with no gamey smell, tender and richly flavored. True to its reputation as a steak restaurant in Jungang-dong, Ansan, the plating alone is a work of art haha
Five sauces were plated beautifully too — whole grain mustard, mint jelly, salt and pepper, and balsamic vinegar~

The lamb chop steak using Australian lamb under 12 months old, French rack! Grilled vegetables came alongside, good with the steak — mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and eggplant hiding inside too haha. Not just plainly grilled — a lovely oil aroma wafted off these upscale grilled veggies!
Clear grill marks, steak cooked really well! The inside was properly medium rare and the outside kept a chewy, satisfying texture — this is the lamb chop steak spot in Ansan! Lamb can easily get a gamey smell if it's not fresh or not cooked well, but this had absolutely none, grilled to a nutty, savory finish haha
Dipping it plainly in salt is classic, and the whole grain mustard with mint jelly combo is clean and good too. I cut with a knife at first, but by the end you've got to pick up the bone and gnaw at it for the real flavor~
