Gangnam restaurant, Wednesday 8pm wait and mild rabbit pasta: Brivit

Hey everyone! haha I had a date planned in Gangnam and was looking for somewhere with a pretty vibe and good food, so I went to Brivit Gangnam Station!

When you're going for pasta near Gangnam Station, taste matters, but on a date you can't give up on atmosphere either, right?

Brivit stands out with its pink facade, and the inside is decorated just as cutely, so I get why so many people pick it for a Gangnam blind date or a group hangout. We went around 8pm on a Wednesday and waited a bit before getting seated, and after us more people kept lining up — if you're hunting for a good pasta spot near Gangnam Station, I really recommend booking ahead here lol. Okay, let's get into the review!

Where is Brivit Gangnam Station, and what are the hours?

Brivit Gangnam Station is at 31 Gangnam-daero 102-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, 1st floor. It's also an easy walk from Sinnonhyeon Station, which makes it convenient before or after a Gangnam date. It's open daily from 11:30am to 9:15pm, last order at 8:30pm!

If you go during the evening peak like we did, you might wait without a reservation! If it's a timed meetup like a blind date or group hangout in Gangnam, booking ahead just makes things a lot more relaxed.

Inside Brivit Gangnam Station: pink-and-green interior

Walking into Brivit Gangnam Station, the vibe from outside carried straight through. Pink and wood tones mix naturally, and there's a pale green door and little props scattered around — overall it feels cute and warm!

The space between tables isn't too stiff either, so it's easy to talk — I get why it's popular for Gangnam blind dates. It's also good for a group hangout with friends, and pretty enough for a two-person date :)

Photos also came out a bit cuter than your typical pasta place near Gangnam Station, which I liked. Even as we were leaving there were still people waiting — busy on a weekday evening, so it's clearly a popular spot!

What's on the menu at Brivit Gangnam Station?

There was a good variety on the menu! I took detailed shots, so swipe through!

What I ordered was —

• Greek yogurt & tomato salad
• corn cream gnocchi with green onion
• rabbit pasta

Let me go through each one!

Greek yogurt & tomato salad

First out was the Greek yogurt & tomato salad!

It's Greek yogurt with basil and tomato, and it was a nice light start before the mains. The tomato was tangy and woke up the appetite, and paired with the thick, creamy yogurt the combo worked surprisingly well?

Since we also had the cream gnocchi and pasta coming, eating this in between kept the whole meal more balanced. If you're ordering several mains at Brivit, I'd recommend adding a salad too!

Corn cream gnocchi with green onion

This was the dish I was genuinely curious about at Brivit — the corn cream gnocchi with green onion.

It's handmade gnocchi with green onion cream, corn, and even whole bacon strips. The gnocchi wasn't mushy at all — slightly seared on the outside but chewy inside, great texture!

The green onion cream is mild and savory, and the corn added little pops of crunch so it wasn't just one continuous cream flavor — much more fun haha. Add the whole bacon on top and you get a salty note that completes the combo!

Even though Brivit is known as a pasta spot near Gangnam Station, I'd recommend ordering the gnocchi too. If I go back to Brivit, I'll probably get this corn cream gnocchi again :)

Rabbit pasta, ordered not spicy

The visual star of the meal was definitely the rabbit pasta!! Little mozzarella rabbits sit on top of tomato pasta, and the moment it arrived I had to take photos first, it was that cute haha.

It's a tomato-based pasta with shrimp and squid mixed in. It's normally made spicy, but since they offer spice adjustment, we asked for it not spicy at all. It was great that people like me who can't handle spicy food can still customize the heat!

Ordered not spicy, the tangy-sweet flavor of the tomato sauce came through even more clearly, and with the shrimp and squid there was good seafood texture too. And the mozzarella rabbits aren't just decoration — eaten together with the cheese and tomato sauce, they're actually delicious…! With visuals this cute, ordering it for a Gangnam blind date or group hangout would break the ice the second it lands on the table lol.

What to order for two at Brivit Gangnam Station

Starting with the tangy salad, moving to the savory, rich gnocchi, and finishing with the tomato pasta meant the flavors didn't all lean one direction, which I liked. The gnocchi especially, being cream-based, can start to feel a bit heavy, but mixing in the tomato salad and rabbit pasta in between made everything feel clean again!

It worked well for a two-person date, and if you come as a bigger group for a hangout, it'd also be great to pick several dishes and share.

Honest verdict on dinner at Brivit Gangnam Station

I went looking for a pretty Italian restaurant for a Gangnam date and ended up at Brivit! The food was good, but the interior mood was even more to my liking than I expected. With pink and green mixed into the interior, it felt cute without ever feeling too light or flimsy.

For a Gangnam blind date spot, food matters but so does an easy atmosphere for talking, and Brivit fit that well. I also get why so many people pick it for group hangouts!

Since there was a wait even on a Wednesday evening, if you're planning to grab pasta near Gangnam Station, book ahead first :) Keep Brivit in mind for dates, Gangnam blind dates, or hangouts with friends whenever you're after a pretty Gangnam restaurant ♥
