On the second floor of Choi Main Branch, I enjoyed ganache salt bread, roll cake, and coffee together. Having tasty bread and dessert on one plate made for a spread that felt good just looking at it. The ganache salt bread had red bean paste and a thick slab of butter inside, so it's a menu item worth noting if you like sweet-and-salty combos. Pairing it with chilled coffee made it easy to go back and forth between the two, haha 💗

The roll cake had a generous amount of cream in the center, plus more cream and a small decoration on top, so it had real presence on the plate. With a hot latte alongside it too, it turned into a time to enjoy bread and cake evenly.
