Smoked duck poke and salmon wrap for two in Jung-gu, Busan: PARENTS

Today I'm introducing a poke restaurant in Jungang-dong, Busan! I was trying to figure out what to eat for lunch and wanted something healthy. It was my first time going, and it was genuinely delicious with really fresh vegetables. Let me get straight into the post.

PARENTS Coffee & Salad Jungang-dong Branch has plenty of seats, so solo dining works too!

There are really a lot of seats. If you're an office worker in Jungang-dong looking for a lunch spot, I'd recommend it! It seemed like a lot of delivery orders were coming in too.

There were so many menu options that the two of us went back and forth a lot, haha. Here's what we ordered: smoked duck poke salad + premium salmon wrap + chicken breast tenders + 2 iced Americanos

A staff member brought it out to us directly! Delivery is also available here—I heard the delivery notifications going off a lot.

Are the chicken breast tenders at PARENTS dry?

Chicken breast tenders! I was worried they'd be dry since it's chicken breast, but the outside was crispy and the inside was on the moist side, so they were easy to eat without feeling heavy.

Smoked duck poke salad with sweet chili sauce

I chose sweet chili sauce for this one, and surprisingly it went really well together and was so delicious. It was loaded with fresh vegetables and plenty of smoked duck, so it was more filling than I expected, and the duck's distinctive savory flavor paired well with the salad. The vegetables were crisp too, so it was easy to eat without feeling weighed down ✨

Premium salmon wrap: why a salmon skeptic called it the best dish

Soft salmon and vegetables together made it light yet delicious, haha. It's rolled up in a wrap so it's easy to eat and great for a simple meal. There's so much salmon it practically spills out. My boyfriend doesn't usually eat salmon, and he said it was really delicious. Seriously the best—you have to try it 🫠🫠

This alone is worth going for, seriously!!!
