Autumn is here… and lately my appetite has been climbing with absolutely no fear of the sky. Haha. I wanted a little nourishing feast, so I visited Marblejeong (마블정) in Seongsu, where they serve premium Korean beef!
How is parking at Marblejeong in Seongsu?

There are parking spaces right beside the restaurant, see? Haha. Marblejeong has its own free parking lot, which is such a blessing. After 6 p.m., you can also use the Kia Auto Q lot on the first floor, so parking really is nothing to worry about!

You can just tell this is a Korean beef place!! Haha. What I loved is that there are lots of course options and set-table meals, with plenty to suit lunch, dinner, company dinners, family gatherings, or dates with friends. Seriously, so many choices lol.

They are confident in their menu, haha. There was a menu board and even a TV showing prices by the stairs. Smells like money~ haha.

I am coming for you, Korean beef… The upscale exterior makes it feel like a perfectly nice place to bring guests, right? Their discounts and review event were written so cutely on a chalkboard too, haha. I have to take a photo whenever I see a mirror, so click… >_<

Marblejeong near Ttukseom Station: atmosphere and rooms
The entrance is on the second floor! Wow, look at all the celebrities who have been here. Oh, Heo Kyung-hwan is just too funny, that is all…

A staff member welcomed us so neatly, haha. I snapped away while being shown in, heh. They sell wet-aged beef, so the already-delicious meat gets even tastier… On the way in, whiskey, wine, soju, and more were displayed very elegantly! There were so many different glasses too. Once again I thought: this place is made for company dinners… Junior office workers near Ttukseom Station, save Marblejeong as your Korean beef spot ASAP. (They have pork too, so you can at least float the idea first, haha.)
It feels practically like Gyeonggi Province, right? Meaning it is soooo spacious. There are several rooms, and the chairs have that Cheongdam-style look, lol. Very luxurious ^_^

Ordering the afternoon-discounted Korean beef mixed grill
For anyone like me who must study the menu in advance, I took photos for you, haha. The menu covers beef, pork, lunch, and dinner—everything you could possibly need. And before 2 p.m., regardless of weekday or weekend, the premium Korean beef mixed grill is 20% off? A smart consumer like me ^^ has no reason to say no.
So I quickly ordered the 400g premium Korean beef mixed grill. (Regular price ₩159,000 → ₩127,200.) Today’s cuts? I was excited~~ Naver reservations and Naver coupons are available too, so I recommend reserving ahead and requesting things such as a room type!!!!!!!!! Haha.
While waiting for the table setting~ there was even a classy bar-like area in the middle, lol. I loved that they wrote out what the pairing sauces were. I want to know exactly what I am eating, you know? I am the person who loves trying all sorts of seasonings, haha… Ah, so clean and tidy. With the big windows, it feels wonderfully open.
Korean beef and vegetables grilled by the staff

These are the basic side dishes..! They thoughtfully gave us spoons for the sauces, haha. There was salad and even pickled lettuce, so I lowered my pre-meal blood sugar… probably. Lol.
The Korean beef I had waited and waited for finally appeared ^^. What is great here is that they grill everything for you, haha. The grilling service made me want to visit even more… Thanks to it, I could focus completely on the meal.

Today’s special cut was eopjinsal, a richly marbled beef cut, haha. My boyfriend was absolutely shaking because the marbling looked so different, lol. They grilled the sirloin first! That sizzle was legendary… Such delicious little pieces of meat cooking away, haha. Beef cooks so quickly, which I love.

My favorite combination was Maldon salt plus fresh wasabi, haha. So thoughtfully, they served the meat to lady ^^ me first—thank you! Oppa, wait your turn~

Yum yum with green onion kimchi too ^^ Was it gat kimchi?;; They grilled several kinds of vegetables as well, so the meal had lots of variety. I need little vegetable refreshers between bites, haha, so I loved that. The king oyster mushrooms were full of juicy goodness too, heh. Eating asparagus made it feel like I was having steak, haha.

Next, eopjinsal!!~ There were two of us and we ordered 400g, but it was deliciously filling without feeling short. If you need more, they also have meal dishes such as naengmyeon (cold noodles) or stew that you could add on! I had another eating schedule after this, so I filled up only on protein, squirrel-style, haha.
My number-one pick: chadolbagi, thinly sliced brisket……… I love fatty things, hehe. When I grill for myself, I always cook chadolbagi first, but it was delicious even when eaten later like this? Haha.

I cooled myself right down. Ah, they also served dongchimi (water kimchi), so it cut through the richness between bites, hehe. A meat restaurant that serves dongchimi is run by people who know what they are doing… They also sell lovely wines, so there was already such a varied selection of drinks without bringing your own! Recommending it once again for company dinners ^^..
There is a restroom inside, which was super convenient, haha. On the way out, they even had deodorizer and toothpicks—such thoughtful touches!!!!!!! If you are looking for a meat restaurant in Seongsu or Ttukseom, I recommend Marblejeong…
