I wanted a hearty bowl of soup, so I visited Jeju Eunhuine Haejangguk Suwon Ingye Branch (제주은희네해장국 수원인계점). The moment I walked in, I was struck by how well the space was decorated with a Jeju vibe — it really felt like Jeju Island haha. The dining room is spacious and the tables are set far apart, which made eating so much more comfortable. A special atmosphere that feels like Jeju

🌴 The moment I stepped in, it was full of Jeju vibes~ The interior is decorated so well in a Jeju style that I genuinely felt like I was eating on Jeju Island hahaha.

The restaurant is spacious with a variety of table sizes. I especially liked the generous gap between tables~ I could eat comfortably without worrying about the next table. It felt like a space made for a relaxed meal! Anyone looking for hangover soup near Suwon City Hall Station should be satisfied with both the atmosphere and the food.
A clean lineup that focuses on the menu

🍲 Jeju Eunhuine keeps its menu fairly simple. They have hangover soup, tripe soup, and dombe pork. The hangover soup comes with beef, blood cubes, bean sprouts, and napa cabbage. The tripe soup is made with beef tripe, blood cubes, bean sprouts, and napa cabbage. Jeju-produced dombe pork is also on offer. I actually liked that the menu wasn't huge — it felt like they focus on their signature dishes!

I also liked that you can leave out the blood cubes. People who aren't fans of blood cubes can order comfortably. Being able to customize to your taste was nice hahaha. There's also a variety of side dishes — seasoned tripe and blood sausage soup are available, and there's Jeju-style squid mulhoe (cold raw squid soup) too, so the options are wide.
Warm, tender dombe pork

🥩 I ordered the hangover soup without blood cubes and a small dombe pork.

After a short wait, the basic side dishes came out. They set water, diced radish kimchi, peppers, minced garlic, ssamjang (dipping sauce), and rice.

Then the dombe pork arrived, served with garlic, peppers, salted shrimp, and lettuce wraps on the side.
The meat was sliced to just the right thickness and neatly plated, so it looked great too~ The warm meat had a glossy sheen that looked delicious hahaha.

It was tasty dipped plain in salted shrimp, and just as good wrapped in lettuce. Since the pork is seasoned while boiling, the meat itself had a subtle seasoning throughout. Above all, the meat was really tender and had a nutty flavor the more I chewed. It paired really well with the hangover soup.
A generously loaded bowl of hangover soup without blood cubes

🌶️ The hangover soup comes boiling in a stone pot. Just watching it bubble looked delicious. It seemed generously portioned from first glance.

There was a lot packed into the pot. It was full of beef and bean sprouts, along with plenty of napa cabbage and glass noodles.

I first mixed the chili paste well into the broth, then tried the solid ingredients together with the soup. The broth was clear yet spicy~ It really gave that refreshing, cleansing feeling. The flavor truly lived up to the name 'hangover soup.'

The sign noted the broth is bone stock simmered for 24 hours in a traditional cauldron. Maybe that's why the depth of the broth felt so distinct~
I ended up finishing the broth completely — not a single drop left hahaha. Mixing rice into the broth made it even better. If you're looking for a hearty hangover soup near Suwon City Hall Station, this one should hit the spot.
Self-serve corner and free rice refills

🥄 There's a self-serve corner on one side of the restaurant. You can grab side dishes and seasonings freely, and pick up whatever cutlery you need — very convenient.

I especially liked that rice refills are free. You can get an extra bowl with one order per person. The broth was so good that I ended up mixing in two whole bowls of rice... hahaha. That's how good the pairing of broth and rice was. Being able to eat so generously was a real plus.
Thoughtful touches for diners

🔋 The restaurant even has portable chargers available. Handy if you need to charge your phone while eating. This kind of small detail was quietly appreciated. It felt like they'd thought about their guests in more ways than one~ Not just the food, but the overall comfort too.
Where can you park?

You can park in the lot in front of the building. The spaces aren't huge in number, but it was convenient for parking in the Ingye-dong area. Good to keep in mind if you're visiting by car.
