Is Puan Massage Cheonan Dujeong Branch comfortable to visit alone?

The first reason I liked Puan Massage was that it's a legitimate, wholesome business.

Honestly, going to a massage shop alone for the first time can feel awkward. But when I visited, both a woman and a man were there separately, getting comfortable treatments. The atmosphere was clean and quiet, so it felt completely pressure-free to go alone — and I really appreciated that. Places like this are surprisingly hard to find these days, so it was exactly the vibe I was hoping for and it put me at ease.

Foot bath and foot scrub before the massage

At Puan Massage Dujeong Branch, you first change into massage clothes, then soak your feet in warm water — and they even threw in a foot scrub as a service! Scrubbing away the dead skin on my soles left my feet so refreshed, it put me in a good mood right from the start. You could feel the care put into these little touches, haha.

After the foot scrub, the owner carefully asked, "Is there anything specific we should focus on today?" and passed that info on to the therapist in advance. I mentioned my shoulders were the tightest and asked them to avoid my ankle because of a past surgery, and they focused right on those areas. Knowing they understood my condition beforehand made me trust the place a lot more.

90 minutes of stone aroma massage on a heated bed

Moving to the room, the treatment starts on a bed that's warmed up nicely. That warmth was truly a genius touch... my body just melted. The aroma oil scent was subtle and soothing from the first breath, and the moment their hands touched my back, I thought, "ah, this is it." They worked through the tight muscles one by one, and the 90 minutes flew by before I even noticed.

Actually, I got massages really often when I lived in Singapore, so I'm somewhat picky (?) about it. Puan Massage was one of the best places I've been to, among all of them! You can tell right away if the pressure is off, but this place was definitely different.

How strong is the strong pressure at Puan Massage?

I was treated by a therapist named Jenny, and her strength was incredible... she pinpointed the tight spots and released them so satisfyingly. I hadn't even realized where I was tight until she pressed and I let out an "ouch!" — ah, so this was the problem, haha. My aching shoulder felt so much lighter afterward.

She worked evenly from my neck to my back to my lower back, and by the end I nearly fell asleep, haha. If you like strong pressure, definitely keep this in mind! On the other hand, if you prefer a gentler massage, just let them know beforehand and they'll adjust the intensity, so no worries.

I've tried several massage shops since coming to Cheonan, and this time I left truly satisfied. Personally, I'd rank it as my number one Cheonan massage recommendation. Walking out, my body felt so light it was like floating. The price is manageable too with the cash discount, so I think I could go regularly.
