Cheonan private sauna with a pre-filled bath booking: My Bless Sauna
In short
My Bless Sauna is a Finnish-style private solo sauna on the 2nd floor of the Golden Plaza 2 building in Bulsang-dong, Cheonan. The visit was a 90-minute solo sauna booked through Naver Reservations with the "pre-fill water (warm)" option, so a warm half-body bath was waiting right after the shower, along with sikhye (sweet rice drink), boiled egg snacks and a waterproof book. My Bless Sauna suits anyone who wants to unwind alone and quietly, with nothing to bring.

Lately more and more private Finnish-style solo saunas have been popping up for people trying to recover their health, and I heard there was one in Bulsang-dong, Cheonan too, so I went to check it out! 🫧🛁
✔️ I booked a 90-minute private solo sauna slot ahead of time through Naver Reservations.

Where is My Bless Sauna in Cheonan, and where do you park?
My Bless Sauna is located on the 2nd floor of the Golden Plaza 2 building in Bulsang-dong, Cheonan, so you can park on floors 3–5 and just take the elevator down to the 2nd floor — no need to step outside the building at all, which was really convenient.

Following the 2nd floor hallway, you'll spot the My Breath Sauna sign!

The interior was clean with a cozy atmosphere — a single-seat sofa and plants that made me want to just relax right there. 🍃
There was a subtle cypress wood scent lingering throughout, so just being in the space felt healing. And then I was guided straight to my private solo sauna room.

As soon as I walked in, everything from how to use the facilities and equipment to health, safety, hygiene, and checkout instructions was laid out in detail, which made it super easy to use.

There were even indoor slippers set aside just for use in the room.

What's provided inside the solo sauna room at My Bless Sauna
The moment I walked into My Bless Sauna's solo room, I was surprised at how much bigger it was than I expected, and how much stuff was already prepared — it seemed like you really wouldn't need to bring anything with you.

Disposable shower towels, toothpaste, a toothbrush, cotton swabs, hair ties, wet wipes, skin toner, lotion, a hair dryer, a Dyson hair wrap, a comb, a robe, towels, sauna wear, and even a waterproof book were all provided — no need to come loaded down with things, it was the perfect spot to come heal alone.

The waterproof book, sikhye and boiled egg snack
The moment I saw the waterproof book, the owner's thoughtfulness and sense of care really stood out to me. , , 🤍💌 Water, sikhye (sweet rice drink), and an egg snack were prepared to enjoy while using the sauna. There was also an ice tumbler set aside separately, so I could pour the sikhye over ice for a cold drink, and keep my water chilled in an ice cup too.

Going further into the sauna room, the sink had hand wash and foam cleanser ready, and the shower area next to it had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all prepared.

Why the "pre-fill water" option on Naver Reservations was worth it
When booking through Naver Reservations, My Bless Sauna had an option to pre-fill the bathtub (choosing between warm or cold water) — I chose pre-fill + warm water, so I didn't have to wait around for the tub to fill and could soak in warm water right after my shower. It was so, so nice.

It felt like being on a solo trip, and made the whole day feel a bit more special — such a great spot to stop by when you want to release some fatigue! After loosening up a bit in the tub, I moved into the Finnish-style sauna.
Using the sauna alone definitely made it comfortable, and the subtle wood scent was lovely — it was a time when both my body and mind could truly heal.

I'm someone (me) who loves how warm your body gets during a sauna session 🛁🫧

Being able to quietly enjoy everything alone, from the bath soak to the sauna, was really wonderful -🫧

Eating the egg and sikhye while reading a book — that was pure happiness. 📖🤍 After the bath soak, the sauna, some reading, and finally a shower, I came out feeling as refreshed as if I'd just had a massage.

How clean was My Bless Sauna, and what checkout is like
What genuinely surprised me at My Bless Sauna was this — I consider myself pretty particular about cleanliness too! 🪮🩶 There wasn't a single strand of hair on the comb, and with the Dyson dryer plus skin and lotion all ready to go, I'm already planning to come back next time with nothing in my hands to relax again ~

On my way out they handed me a sparkling water, and I headed home feeling refreshed and happy after a cool, clean sip. Next time I'll have to come try the couple's sauna with my husband 🤍
