I went out for a family meal with my dog after a long while. While looking around for a place to go, I chose Pug Pizza House Sillim Branch near Sillim Station! I'd been here before with friends, and the fig jambon beurre arugula pizza I had that time was so good I came back for it again haha. What I especially liked about Pug Pizza House was that the regular seating and pet zone are separated by floor, so you can dine comfortably with your dog. How to walk to Pug Pizza House from Sillim Station

Pug Pizza House Sillim Branch is about a 4-minute walk from Sillim Station Exit 6. It's easily accessible and occupies a 3-story building, which made it convenient to use. And the event they're running right now is amazing — 30% off the entire menu during weekday lunch hours! I'll introduce that in more detail below~

Inside: regular seats on floors 1-2, pet zone on floor 3

Pug Pizza House's space is divided by floor — floors 1 and 2 are regular seating, and floor 3 is operated as a pet zone where you can bring your dog. The 1st floor has a takeout-only kiosk, so people picking up takeout can use it easily. If you're dining in, you just order directly at the table.

This is the 2nd floor! It's made up of tables for four, and overall it was spacious and comfortable.

The women's restroom is on the 2nd floor and the men's restroom is on the 3rd floor, and both are kept clean, which made them pleasant to use.

And here's the 3rd-floor pet zone we used! I was surprised to see they even have dog strollers available for rent. We brought our own stroller that day, but it seemed easy enough to visit with just your dog and no gear.

The dog entry criteria and usage rules were clearly posted. Small and medium dogs under 25kg / 50cm can enter, while large dogs and dangerous breeds are restricted. Only vaccinated pets are allowed in, and since other dogs use the space too, please be sure to follow the pet zone rules and pet etiquette~

The space was well set up for visiting with a dog. What I liked most was that each table is separated by a partition! There's a good amount of separation from the neighboring table, so you can dine comfortably with your dog.

There's also a separate self-bar. It has everything from water bowls for dogs to poop bags and cleaning supplies, plus dog-specific chairs and cushions you can use! If you need a dog cushion, staff will bring you one if you ask.

Cutlery, tissues, wet wipes, disposable gloves, hot sauce, pickles, and various sauces were all provided.

I grabbed a bit of everything to eat with the pizza, and it was so nice to be able to enjoy the sauces freely haha.

This wasn't here on my last visit, but this time I noticed a weekday lunch discount event running. Monday through Friday, 11:40 AM to 3:00 PM, it's 30% off the entire menu! (Set menus, drinks, draft beer, and takeout orders excluded.) There's also a receipt review event going on. Participants can choose to receive a mini salad or a drink, or get 80% off butter garlic potatoes or a Budweiser.

We ordered the fig jambon beurre arugula pizza (XR size), truffle mushroom gnocchi pizza (XR size), butter garlic potatoes, and a zero coke! It was nice that everything came out all at once.

How is the fig jambon beurre arugula pizza?

This is one of Pug Pizza House's signature pizzas. I fell completely in love with it on my last visit, so I ordered it again this time. The combination of sweet fig jam, salty jambon (ham), and fragrant arugula really works well together. The sweet-and-salty flavor combined with the arugula makes it delicious without being heavy haha.

Pug Pizza especially uses a chewy bagel dough, and I liked that the dough was chewy while the edges were crispy. Still delicious the second time around!

How is the truffle mushroom gnocchi pizza?

This was my first time trying this pizza and it was really good too. It came out fresh and hot, and the cheese stretched the moment I lifted a slice — that's exactly the joy of eating fresh-out-of-the-oven pizza haha.

You could taste a subtle hint of truffle, and the mushroom and gnocchi were both soft, so all the ingredients came together well. If the fig jambon beurre arugula pizza is a sweet-and-salty combination, this one has a softer, nuttier charm, making the two pizzas great to alternate between.

Butter garlic potatoes as a side

You can't have pizza without fries. The butter garlic potatoes we ordered alongside had a generous amount of sauce drizzled on, which I liked. The potatoes were fried crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and combined with the butter garlic sauce, it was totally great~ I'd recommend this as a side that pairs well with pizza!

What eating out with a dog was really like

A family meal out with the dog~ Because the space is separated, we could dine comfortably even with our dog there, and the dog was well-behaved too.

Every time we moved a slice of pizza around, our dog got excited thinking it was for her, then looked disappointed when she realized it wasn't lol. Sorry, girl..

We also took a photo at the pet photo zone. There were free stickers to take at the self-bar too, so I grabbed two before wrapping up~
