Five cheese and truffle gnocchi XR pizzas in Sillim: Pug Pizza House

Today I'm introducing Pug Pizza House, a pizza spot near Sillim Station.

I was craving hip, handmade pizza so I went and cleaned out Pug Pizza House, an American-style handmade pizza specialist. They use glutinous rice bagel dough, so it's the kind of magically good spot where you scrape the dough clean to the very last bite 🔥

All three floors of the building belong to Pug Pizza House.

The mascot puppy is so cute!! And the savory, sweet smell of baking pizza hits your nose so strongly that my saliva glands exploded before I even walked in.

Inside the restaurant: seating and the third-floor pet zone

The inside is really spacious and, since it's a new building, super comfortable. With everything from single seats to 4-person tables to group seating for up to 8, it's perfect for dinner get-togethers or a pizza-and-beer date.

That warm American vibe just wraps around you and it's totally my taste 🥺 There are cute dog drawings and text on the walls here and there !!

The tables and the whole store are managed super hygienically and cleanly. The 1st and 2nd floors are non-pet spaces so it's nice for eating comfortably, and the entire 3rd floor is run as a pet zone.

They've got everything from dog cushions to pee pads to hand sanitizer thoughtfully set up. It seems like a great spot to spend time with your pet. (Nice touch that they check entry rules — under 25kg, no aggressive breeds, vaccination required 🐶)

The self-bar has all kinds of dipping sauces, tableware, and containers for takeout ~! Garlic dip, ranch, corn butter, and chipotle — a whopping four handmade sauces are stocked full in pump bottles.

The pizzas came out gleaming on silver trays lined with blue checkered paper, and the visuals were honestly insane ㅠㅠ

It was impossible not to take photos, so I immediately started snapping away like crazy 📸

Five Cheese Pizza XR: if you're a total cheese addict, this is the epitome of salty-savory goodness that gets you smiling with pure sincerity the moment you take a bite 🧀

Premium cheese is generously piled on, so every time you pull a slice up, thick, gooey cheese keeps stretching endlessly.

Add a bit of the chipotle sauce or spicy hot sauce from the self-bar and it becomes an addictive flavor you can eat endlessly!

Truffle Mushroom Gnocchi Pizza XR. The rich, luxurious truffle aroma spreads from your nose all the way through your whole mouth, and it makes you gasp out loud.

The texture of the gnocchi combined with the generously piled oyster and button mushrooms was pure bliss ㅠㅠ The chewiness of the bagel dough meeting the soft cream-based sauce made it feel like eating a fancy dish! The crust was crispy outside and soft inside, and dipping it in the garlic dip and corn butter sauces made for the perfect finish 🍕
