Walking from Sindorim Station and what the dining room feels like

Coming out of Exit 2 of Sindorim Station and walking about 10 minutes toward the food alley, you'll find <Sonjeong Bossam Sindorim Branch>

The place was bigger than I expected, with tables spaced out generously — this would be perfect for an office dinner or a family gathering near Sindorim.
What's on the menu at Sonjeong Bossam Sindorim Branch

Ordering is simple with the tablet at each table. From lunch specials to the main bossam, kalguksu (knife-cut noodle soup) and side dishes, the menu lineup was really solid!

Gabri kimchi bossam (small), 42,000 won, with free seafood kalguksu
We ordered the signature gabri kimchi bossam 😋 When you order bossam, you get to choose between seafood kalguksu and bibim makguksu as a free side — we were craving broth, so we picked the kalguksu 🍜

The way it first arrives at the table 🦀 A basket-shaped tray piled generously with kalguksu noodles and a variety of seafood — such a mouth-watering visual!!

How to cook the seafood kalguksu, step by step
To keep the broth cleaner, they set the noodles and seasoning aside first and boil the broth alone 🔥
Once the broth is boiling, in go the seasoning and noodles that were set aside! As the seasoning dissolves, a spicy, rich seafood kalguksu comes together ⭐ There's so much seafood packed in that the first spoonful hits you with a refreshing, spicy kick! And the amount of noodles is huge too, so eating it alongside the bossam is a genuinely filling, satisfying combo.

Is the small gabri pork bossam enough for two people?
Gabri pork bossam glistening with sheen 💛 A perfect spread that makes your mouth water just looking at it. We ordered the small size and it was still incredibly generous — the two of us went, and by the time we had leftovers we were already too full to finish it, haha.

Since the meat is gabri pork rather than regular pork belly, the texture was noticeably tender and soft. The pairing with the crunchy, nicely salted brined cabbage was seriously the best 👍

The highlight: sauce that tastes like crab marinade
The real highlight of this bossam is this sauce ❤ Tasting it, it has the flavor of yangnyeom gejang (spicy seasoned crab), and looking closely, it seems like they finely ground crab into it! You can really taste that distinctive gejang flavor, and I couldn't stop reaching for it, haha. I honestly want to order this sauce alone to take home..!

If you participate in the Naver receipt review event, you get free fried dumplings 🎁 I'm a dumpling lover so there was no way I wasn't doing it, haha. Crispy outside, juicy inside — the best!!
Is Sonjeong Bossam Sindorim Branch worth it for a group dinner?

Near the exit where you pay, there's a basket of yogurt drinks waiting! After thoroughly enjoying the bossam and kalguksu, finishing off with a sweet yogurt drink made for a clean, perfect ending 💛
If you're looking for good-value bossam near Sindorim Station, I highly recommend Sonjeong Bossam Sindorim Branch 👍 The taste, the presentation, and even the thoughtful yogurt dessert were all satisfying — I think I'll be back again soon 😘
