Cheonggyecheon burger spot with hot ketchup dipping sauce: Daily Fix
In short
Daily Fix Euljiro is an American pub-style handmade burger restaurant near Euljiro 1-ga Station and Cheonggyecheon in Jung-gu, Seoul. The bacon cheese burger was switched to a pretzel bun for 900 won, and the truffle mushroom burger and bacon cheese fries were ordered with a hot ketchup dipping sauce for 1,200 won. The seasoning at Daily Fix Euljiro runs strong, so anyone who prefers mild food may find it salty, but the Hanwoo patty and house-made bacon were well worth it.

I visited Daily Fix, the burger spot near Euljiro 1-ga Station famous for being picked by Kang Min-kyung and Jjyang as their favorite handmade burger! From the bacon cheese burger I loved to the deeply flavorful truffle mushroom burger, here's my honest review.

Where is Daily Fix Euljiro, and what are the hours?
Daily Fix Euljiro is located at 1F 103-104, 24 Namdaemun-ro 9-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul. Weekdays it's open 11:00–23:00 (last order 22:00), and weekends 11:00–22:00 (last order 21:00). Group seating, takeout, separate men's/women's restrooms, mobile payment, and parking are all available.

Popular with folks visiting City Hall Station or Myeongdong, Daily Fix has great accessibility since almost everything is nearby. Cheonggyecheon stream is just a short walk away too, so you can eat and stroll afterward! I'd recommend this as a date course in Jung-gu.
Inside Daily Fix Euljiro: a big hall that feels like an American pub
The Daily Fix Euljiro space overall feels like an American pub. The seats are spaced generously and the hall is wide, so it looked great for group gatherings or office lunches.

The whole place has an American pub feel, so it seemed like a good spot to casually grab a beer. It wasn't too noisy and was quieter than I expected, which makes it good either as a meeting spot with friends or for office workers' lunch.
The place itself is on the larger side, and with seating this spacious it's a good pick for group dining. The menu isn't intimidating either, which is a plus.

I was especially excited since I'd heard this is a burger spot approved by Davichi's Kang Min-kyung, who really knows her food, haha. And Daily Fix uses handmade ingredients from Michelin-trained chefs, which made me even more curious 😋
The Daily Fix menu: burgers, sides and drinks
The Daily Fix Euljiro menu has a huge range, from a basic cheeseburger to a truffle burger, chicken burger, Hawaiian, and steak burger. Sides include onion rings and cheese fries, and they also sell cocktails and whiskey.

As you'd expect from a real handmade burger spot, there's a huge variety of flavors — from the basic cheeseburger to truffle, chicken, Hawaiian, and steak burgers, so you can pick whatever fits your taste, haha. There are also various sides like onion rings and cheese fries. They sell cocktails and whiskey too, so it seems fine for a second round. Just so you know, soda refills are free!
Bacon cheese burger with the 900-won pretzel bun swap
The bacon cheese burger is ₩12,900 on its own, and I swapped just the bun for a pretzel bun (₩900). Ordering is done via tablet, where you can also pick toppings and set menus.

I chose the bacon cheeseburger Kang Min-kyung raved about without even hesitating on the name! Plain, it's ₩12,900, and when ordering on the tablet

you can also choose toppings and set menus! I didn't add any extra toppings to the burger — just swapped the bun for a pretzel bun (₩900) on the single.

The difference from a regular bun is that the pretzel bun brings its own sweet-and-savory umami, giving it a deeper flavor that paired really well with the burger — no regrets on that choice.
Inside, it's loaded with house-made bacon, a patty made from 100% Hanwoo (Korean beef), and plenty of cheese. The sauces are just ketchup and mustard, but they're quite salty, so if you prefer milder flavors you might find it a bit salty.

The moment you take a bite, you get the bacon and Hanwoo patty together for a really rich flavor, and there's onion layered underneath too for a heartier taste. The patty was tender, and even though each ingredient has a strong personality, they came together beautifully — so delicious.
How does the truffle mushroom burger taste?
I ordered the truffle mushroom burger plain, with no changes. It's a Daily Fix bestseller with a 100% Hanwoo patty, truffle mayo sauce, truffle mushroom filling, and cheese.

I ordered this one plain too, no changes. The truffle mushroom burger is also a popular menu item, with the same 100% Hanwoo patty, plus truffle mayo sauce, truffle mushroom filling, and plenty of cheese.

It's basically all ingredients I already love, so I really enjoyed it — the truffle aroma and flavor are super rich, and there's plenty of mushroom for good texture. But overall, every ingredient is seasoned quite strongly, so I think people who prefer milder food will find this one salty too, haha.
Bacon cheese fries with the 1,200-won hot ketchup dipping sauce
For the side, I picked the bacon cheese fries, and added the hot ketchup dipping sauce (₩1,200) to cut through the richness. It's topped with black pepper for a mild kick, which resets your palate right when you're about to get tired of it.

I love fries, I love cheese, and I love bacon, so there was no way I wasn't ordering this — and as expected, it tastes exactly as good as it looks.

I figured just eating burgers and fries might get a bit heavy, so I added the Hot Ketchup Dipping Sauce (₩1,200) — it's topped with black pepper, so it's mildly spicy and does a great job resetting your palate when you're getting tired of the richness, haha.

Piled with bacon and cheese, the fries are rich and salty and delicious, and once you start to feel a bit full, dipping into the spicy ketchup sauce resets things again, haha. Regular ketchup also comes standard, so adding the extra sauce is totally optional.
