A Seonyudo Station favorite, BAS Burger Seonyudo — the textbook definition of a hand-made burger set

Hours, facilities and parking at BAS Burger Seonyudo
BAS Burger Seonyudo is open daily from 08:00 to 21:30, with last order at 21:00. Delivery, takeout, reservations, and group use are all available.
There's no parking at the store, so I used the nearby Lotte Home Shopping public lot. The first 30 minutes are free, then it's ₩2,000 per 10 minutes.
What the restaurant looks like inside

I stopped by BAS Burger Seonyudo whenever I craved a hand-made burger near Seonyudo Station. It's close to the subway station, so it's easy to pop into on the way somewhere.

One of the biggest perks of BAS Burger is the self-bar set up in a corner of the store. Freshly fried thin fries (called James fries) are laid out for free, and you can help yourself as much as you like.
Maybe it was the light shining on them, but the fries were warm! They weren't soggy at all — crisp like they'd just come out of the fryer, which was impressive for something free. I ate a lot of them.bb

They were perfect for snacking on while waiting for the burger. ^^ The plain ketchup was honestly the tastiest sauce.

Besides the free fries, there's a range of sauces too — ranch, barbecue, mayo, and more, so you can mix and match to your taste. It kept things from getting boring!!

What I ordered: the BAS Burger set for 12,100 won

I picked the basic BAS Burger set. It came out on a tray, which looked neat and tidy! Bringing and returning the tray is a self-service system.
How the basic burger and the coleslaw swap tasted

The BAS Burger, a Seonyudo Station favorite, is a classic basic-style burger centered on a soft, juicy meat patty with tomato and fresh vegetables!

The cola came in a stainless steel cup, so it stayed cold for a long time — nice touch! It seemed like refills were possible, but the portion was plenty, so I didn't bother.

The set comes with a burger, drink, and fries as standard, but you can customize it. I swapped one order of fries for coleslaw, which cost an extra ₩500!

The BAS Burger is all about the ingredients' natural flavor, so it wasn't greasy or heavy — I could eat it all the way through without feeling weighed down. With vegetables and meat both in the mix, it felt well balanced nutritionally too!

Getting the set instead of a single item is definitely the better value!

For free sauces, I grabbed ranch and barbecue. Ranch alone was a bit rich, but mixed with the barbecue sauce it balanced out perfectly! That sweet-and-salty combo was seriously addictive.

Coleslaw is great for cutting through the richness~ If you're going with two people, I'd recommend swapping one set's fries for coleslaw.
Who is BAS Burger Seonyudo best for?
This is the textbook flavor of a hand-made burger! I'd recommend BAS Burger Seonyudo to anyone who prefers a clean, light taste without excessive heaviness, or anyone who wants to enjoy generous fries and sauces mixed to their own taste. ^_^
A meal that leaves you stuffed! It was delicious today too. ♡ Yum yum
