Bucheon hair salon for outdoor wedding ash brown: Levia Hair

After finishing my studio wedding photoshoot in May, I wanted to change the hair I had been leaving unattended ever since, so I visited Levia Hair Bucheon Branch (르비아 헤어 부천점), a Bucheon City Hall hair salon near Sang-dong. I was looked after by an assistant manager known for wedding color and cool-summer color treatments that tone down red hues, haha.

It is on the third floor of the City Office building. I drove there, and the parking facilities made the visit easy and comfortable. Parking was free during my appointment.

I am still a bit of a hair-salon wanderer, trying places here and there, but the stylish waiting area and the very spacious, pleasant interior gave me a good feeling from the moment I walked in. It seemed like I could arrive early for an appointment and relax without feeling awkward.

I arrived for my appointment on time, and as soon as I came in, they brought me a drink and simple snacks to enjoy during the coloring and cut. It seemed they also provide something like toast when the appointment runs long.

With an outdoor wedding shoot coming up, I wanted wedding color and a layered cut! I brought references after looking at wedding-color reels, and they recommended a customized shade, saying a slightly lighter color would suit an outdoor setting better. We decided on a level 8 ash brown that would come through naturally in the sunlight!

My hair before coloring and evening out the tone

This was my hair before,,,,, After coloring it in May, I had done nothing but keep growing it out with no care, so the ends were all damaged, and the color had faded a lot as well. I had not had a chance to look closely at my hair, but getting an even tone and removing the damaged ends was really urgent ㅜ

Before we started, they applied a scalp protectant to protect my scalp in case it became sensitive.

Next, the assistant manager mixed the color personally and applied it while leaving the root area alone. About 10 to 20 minutes later, they connected the color to the roots. Since the goal was to tone down red hues, the dye seemed bluish, which was fascinating because I had not seen that often. The dye was strong and stung my nose, but they had told me in advance that it could sting, so I was well prepared.

After giving the color time to develop, they checked it with a test, and then I went for shampooing. The head spa at Levia Hair Bucheon Branch is the real deal. It was so cozy and comfortable, haha. They also gave me a simple massage after the shampoo, so I felt even more refreshed.

Even-toned results and a consultation for a future perm

Here is the after, with the tone all evened out! Oh, and another thing I loved. I use a curling iron every morning and have wanted a perm, but my hair is very fine and thin, so every salon I visited said a perm was absolutely not possible, you know? But the assistant manager said it would not be easy, but that a perm could definitely work,,,,, That gave me hopeㅠ I could not get side bangs while preparing for my wedding, and I postponed the perm until after the ceremony for now, but Levia Hair Bucheon Branch is somewhere I definitely want to revisit once the wedding is over :)
