Spacious parking lot

A clean interior that is great for group visits

The interior at Hanchon Seolleongtang Bucheon Kkachiul Station Branch is neat, with lots of tables, so I think it would be great for a group visit too. I also loved the view of nature through the floor-to-ceiling windows 💚 I especially want to recommend this place to anyone looking for a restaurant for a family meal!
A varied menu, from seolleongtang to hot pots

Along with the signature seolleongtang (ox-bone soup), there were many soup options, including doganitang (beef knuckle soup), somori-gomtang (beef head soup), and galbitang (short-rib soup). There were also plenty of meal options such as braised short ribs, suyuk (boiled sliced beef), and jeongol (Korean hot pot), so it was nice to order according to our tastes :)
A table spread with kimchi, rice, and scallions

The basic table setting includes kimchi and kkakdugi (cubed radish kimchi), both essential with seolleongtang. The kimchi and kkakdugi were nicely fermented and went so well with the soup. Please keep in mind that refills are available if you need more!

The biggest perk at Hanchon Seolleongtang Bucheon Kkachiul Station Branch is the unlimited rice and scallion refills! It is just right for a generous, satisfying meal haha.
Ordering seolleongtang and doganitang

We ordered one seolleongtang and one doganitang! The seolleongtang is ₩11,000, and the doganitang is ₩21,000.
You can choose whether your seolleongtang comes with the rice mixed in or served separately. I tried it with the rice mixed in! It was generously filled with meat and somyeon (thin wheat noodles), and the broth was so delicious that it was perfect with the rice mixed in. The sauce was a perfect match for the meat too 💛

Kimchi is important with seolleongtang, right? The kimchi and kkakdugi were delicious, which made the seolleongtang even better 🫶🏻
My husband's favorite: doganitang
Next was my husband's favorite, doganitang! It was my first time having doganitang with this much dogani (beef knuckle) in it!

The dogani was tender, nutty, and had such a nice texture! The pieces were large and plentiful, so it felt like they never ended, no matter how much we ate :) My husband refilled his rice and polished off every last bit of the remaining broth haha.
