In short
Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch is a wood-fired pizza and pasta restaurant on Baekhyeon-dong café street in Pangyo, Seongnam. Four friends made it in just before the 2pm last order and shared the two-person set of cotto e ricotta pizza and cream gnocchi, plus a margherita pizza and seafood tomato fettuccine made with fresh pasta. On a day when I wanted a relaxed brunch with friends I hadn't seen in a while, at a Baekhyeon-dong café street favorite, I went to Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch.
Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch: a Baekhyeon-dong Italian restaurant built for sharing among four
Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch is an Italian restaurant located at 26, Pangyoyeok-ro 10beon-gil, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, 1F. Since it was a gathering of four — me, a friend, and two acquaintances — we decided to each pick a different dish and share. Known as a Pangyo favorite for Western food, Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch has a wide range of options from pizza to pasta, gnocchi, risotto, and steak, which felt perfect for picking and choosing when visiting as a group.
We cut it especially close, arriving right at the 2pm last-order time, but the staff guided us kindly, so we could sit down without feeling like we had to rush through the meal.
The dishes we ordered this time were the two-person set of cotto e ricotta and cream gnocchi, a margherita pizza, and seafood tomato fettuccine (fresh pasta).
When people who haven't seen each other in a while gather, conversation matters as much as the food — this day was more memorable for getting to enjoy a good brunch and a good chat together.

Brick exterior and window seats at the entrance of Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch
The first thing that caught my eye arriving at Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch was the warm-looking exterior. The brick-finished building and the space running along the windows stood out, and near the entrance there was signage with that distinctive Raon Sik Tak atmosphere.
On a nice-weather day, you could probably enjoy the atmosphere in front of the store too, so I kept snapping photos before even going in. Maybe because it was a reunion with friends I hadn't seen in a while, I ended up taking more photos than usual.

What is on the menu at Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch?
Ordering in a hurry, I still looked over the menu and found a wide range — pizza, salad, steak, gnocchi, pasta, risotto, and more. (We ended up skipping salad and risotto, and — oops — falling for the wood-fired pizzas and ordering two kinds of pizza; still, we ate very happily, haha.)
We ordered by picking the two-person set plus dishes we each wanted, then sharing everything. When visiting with several people, isn't it better to order different kinds and taste a bit of everything rather than all picking the same thing?
What we chose were cotto e ricotta, cream gnocchi, margherita pizza, and seafood tomato fettuccine.

A small ritual 15 minutes before the meal
And a quick aside here — I did a bit of preparing of my own that day to enjoy the brunch at Raon Sik Tak. About 15 minutes before eating, I shook up and drank a Bios Life C Plus.
It was a small way of getting my condition ready ahead of a good meal, and maybe because it was a reunion with friends, I felt good even before we started eating. With that done, we arrived at Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch, a Baekhyeon-dong Western food favorite, and started taking photos right from the entrance.
Since we'd cut it close arriving right at last order, I felt a little rushed, but the staff kindly guided us so we could order comfortably.

The two-person set: cotto e ricotta pizza and cream gnocchi
The first dish I want to introduce is the cotto e ricotta and cream gnocchi from the two-person set at Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch. According to the menu, cotto e ricotta is a wood-fired pizza with house-made tomato, ricotta cheese, and prosciutto, while the cream gnocchi pairs handmade daily potato gnocchi with cream sauce.
Ordering pizza and gnocchi together made the table look much fuller. With four of us at the table, sharing several dishes placed in the middle worked much better than each person eating their own separate plate.
One nice thing about ordering dishes with different characters, like pizza and gnocchi, was getting to taste something different throughout the meal.
A second pizza at Raon Sik Tak: the margherita
The margherita pizza was built on tomato sauce, mozzarella, and extra virgin olive oil. Reading through the menu descriptions together while deciding what to order was part of the fun too.
Pizza is a dish that's good for sharing among several people, so if you're visiting with friends, ordering one to share at the table works well. If you're visiting as four like we did, pairing two kinds of pizza with something different, like pasta and gnocchi, is a good combination too.
When eating with people you haven't seen in a while, isn't it more fun to share a bit of everything and keep the conversation going, rather than quickly finishing one dish? That day too, we naturally drifted between talking about the food and catching up on life, and the meal time flowed by.

Seafood tomato fettuccine made with fresh pasta
The third dish we ordered was the seafood tomato fettuccine. The menu described it as a fettuccine dish made with seafood and tomato sauce.
It was also nice that ordering a tomato-based pasta alongside the cream-based gnocchi kept the overall spread from leaning too heavily one direction. With four people, tastes can differ, so having pizza, gnocchi, and pasta covering different styles definitely made it easier to enjoy a variety of flavors together.

All four dishes on one table: how much four people can share
Seeing all the dishes we ordered laid out together, the table looked quite full. Cotto e ricotta, cream gnocchi, margherita pizza, and seafood tomato fettuccine — none of them overlapped, making for a good spread for four people to share.
Most of all, since it was a gathering of four friends and acquaintances reuniting after a while, it wasn't just a meal that ended with the food. Catching up on things we hadn't been able to share for a while naturally stretched out the meal.
When looking for a good brunch spot, the variety of dishes matters, but so does the atmosphere for comfortably chatting with the people you're with — and this day was satisfying on that front too.

Is arriving right at the 2pm last order a problem?
Another thing that stood out during our visit to Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch was the staff's service. Even though we arrived cutting it really close to the 2pm last order, the kind guidance meant we could start our meal without feeling flustered.
When time is tight, it's easy to feel rushed from ordering through eating, but being calmly guided actually let us relax and enjoy the meal. Of course, it's still a good idea to check the last-order time before visiting.
Especially compared to cutting it as close as we did, arriving with a bit more time to spare would probably feel more relaxed and let you enjoy the store's atmosphere at a slower pace.

Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch in short
Overall, this visit to Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch was a time to share good food and conversation with people I hadn't seen in a while. The menu wasn't limited to one type of dish — with pizza, gnocchi, pasta, risotto, and steak all on offer, there was real fun in choosing dishes when visiting as a group.
Taking a Bios Life C Plus before the meal also became a small episode of the day. From taking photos with friends before even eating, to choosing the menu inside, to waiting for the food to arrive — every step became something to talk about. Because of that, it felt less like simply having a brunch and more like properly spending time with people I hadn't seen in a while.
If you're looking for somewhere to eat with friends in Pangyo's Baekhyeon-dong and prefer dishes like wood-fired pizza or pasta that are good for sharing among several people, Raon Sik Tak Pangyo Branch is worth considering. Especially with a group of four like us, ordering a variety of dishes to share works well. That said, last-order times can shift on the day, so if you're planning a late visit, it's best to check ahead.
