Jeonju Jjukkumi Sinhwa menu and prices
Let's take a look at the menu at Jjukkumi Sinhwa, the Inhu-dong, Jeonju favorite~
- Basic jjukkumi ₩15,000
- Hwasan jjukkumi (jjukkumi + beef belly) ₩18,000
- Hwasae (jjukkumi + beef belly + shrimp) ₩20,000
- Jjukkumi takeout comes without banchan but double the jjukkumi ₩17,000
- Lunch dolsot bibimbap ₩10,000 — a lot of people enjoy this too, I hear

The self-serve banchan bar: two helpings of cabbage, minimum
Self-serve bar, love it! They give you a base spread and then you can go grab more banchan yourself if you need it. This makes me sooooo happy. Because whenever I come here, I make sure to go back for cabbage at least twice hahahahahahahahahahaha

Ordering the Hwasae set for two at 40,000 won, egg custard included
Hwasae x2 = ₩40,000, green bottle soju ₩5,000, cheese fried rice ₩3,000. This place gives you egg custard as part of the base spread too. Adding more is +₩2,000 because egg prices went up.

From the start, the staff keep coming by to stir and let you know the timing for eating, so you can just sit back, wait, and enjoy some chat time hahahahahahahahahahahahaa

How to eat the jjukkumi, plus the free cheese sari event
On the table there's a kind explanation of how to eat jjukkumi deliciously
- Just the jjukkumi on its own
- On a perilla leaf with the day's freshly tossed bean sprouts
- Dunked deep in the garlic sauce — mayo mixed with domestic fresh garlic and sweet-tangy apple
They also said they'll give you a cheese add-on if you leave a receipt review or verify via Instagram, Facebook, or Naver, so cheese lovers should definitely take part, right?

Now that we know how to eat it right, let's dig in one by one~haha It's so delicious whether you eat it plain or wrapped, this Inhu-dong, Jeonju favorite Jjukkumi Sinhwa — and the special garlic sauce is addictive too, I'm telling you!

Finishing with cheese fried rice at 3,000 won
Even when you're stuffed, you can't skip this K-dessert of a finale, bokkeumbap (fried rice)~~ cheese bokkeumbap~~haha If you want a meal that's perfect right down to the last bite, come on and try Jjukkumi Sinhwa, this Inhu-dong, Jeonju favorite that locals keep coming back to — you absolutely have to stop by~
