I thought Ubookgeum Saenggalbi Seosin Branch was only open for dinner, but apparently they do lunch too!

This is what we ordered 💖 The meat menu has soesaenggalbi, seasoned beef short ribs, pork short ribs, seasoned pork short ribs, and chadolbaegi (beef brisket) ~!

The side dishes come out like this, and steamed egg and doenjang stew come free! I didn't know that and ordered steamed egg separately, then had to cancel it when they told me it came free ㅎ,ㅎ
Seeing the meat come out, the marbling𓏧 was insane 🫢 It would be a crime for this not to taste good

Ubookgeum Saenggalbi Seosin Branch grills the meat for you! Honestly nobody wants to grill their own meat at a BBQ place,, here it comes pre-grilled and it was so nice and easy 🥹
This is the dipping sauce for the meat. It's a sweet-tasting sauce and went really well with the meat!
Once the meat's fully cooked, they put it up on top and tell you to eat it like this
Can you see the juices? These juices ,,,? No words. The moment it goes in ,,, pure bliss..🪽 SO~~~~~ good... I can't forget that first bite.
When I asked while paying, they said they season the meat! That's why it was this delicious. The secret is the owner's touch..
They had shiitake wasabi, so I put some of that on top too!
They even carve the meat off the bone and grill it
The best part about this place !!!!✨✨✨✨✨ They pull all the meat off the bone and grill it for you themselves!!!! Honestly at a work dinner you can never really pick the ribs apart (so sad) am I not the only one? 😂
Anyway I'm the shy type so I always end up not picking apart the ribs at work dinners, but here they debone everything and grill it for you, so it's so easy and there's nothing embarrassing about it .. >,,<
