Hi everyone, today I visited Moshi Moshi, which was easy to find since it's right in front of Pusan National University's main gate. I was looking for somewhere to eat near PNU and ended up visiting here — the accessibility is good enough that it'd work well as a meeting spot, too.

Easy parking near PNU: the building lot next to Moshi Moshi

What I liked especially was the parking!! There's a building parking lot right next to the restaurant, so I could park right there without having to walk far. Since the lot is attached directly to the building, I thought even less confident drivers could use it comfortably. Parking around PNU can often be stressful, but with easy parking here, visiting felt way less of a hassle.

Book ahead for a weekend visit — and the window seat at Moshi Moshi

If you're going with parents or on a weekend, I'd recommend reserving! Maybe because it was the weekend, there were so many customers! I lucked out and got a window seat — the rest of the seats were clean and nice too.

On weekends, using Naver Reservation lets you visit comfortably ahead of time. Phone reservations are also possible, so I'd recommend booking ahead if you're visiting on a weekend. With good accessibility right at PNU's main gate plus easy parking, it's a solid location for anyone looking for a good restaurant near PNU.

Inside Moshi Moshi: seating for groups and families with babies

Once inside, the interior was way more spacious than I expected. The tables had decent spacing, so it looked fine for a bigger group too, and since group visits are possible, it'd be good for eating with family or friends.

Overall it had a clean, comfortable atmosphere, so there was no pressure about lingering over the meal. Since ordering is done through a kiosk, I could take my time browsing the menu and picking what I wanted comfortably. There are also high chairs, so it seems easy to bring a baby along.

What comes in Set 3? 16 sushi pieces, salmon salad, udon and shrimp tempura

We ordered Set 3!! Set 3 is configured for two people. It comes with 16 pieces of sushi, salmon salad, a choice of udon, and shrimp tempura.

Ordering the set rather than just sushi alone meant we could enjoy several menu items at once, which made choosing what to eat easier. If you love sushi but also want to eat side dishes together, the set menu seems like a good option.

The side dishes and salmon salad at Moshi Moshi

Cabbage salad and miso soup came out as basic side dishes! My family's been working hard on their fitness, so I ordered the one with salmon salad included, and the salmon salad was genuinely delicious. It went great alongside the sushi.

16 pieces of sushi: enough for two people

The sushi came out as 16 pieces, which was plenty for two people. Being able to try several kinds of sushi at once made it fun to pick and eat one at a time, and the balance between rice and raw fish was solidly good.

The udon that comes with the sushi set

The udon, being a warm soup dish, paired well with the sushi. Alternating between sushi and a sip of warm udon broth made for a good combo. Especially with several menu items coming together in the set, it was nice to enjoy a variety in one meal.

With sushi, it's nice being able to eat a little of several kinds — ordering the set rather than just one menu item let us enjoy a range of flavors. It felt like a good, low-pressure meal to have whenever you're craving sushi near PNU.

Shrimp tempura in Set 3

We also ordered shrimp tempura, and eating the crispy batter together with the shrimp made it a great side dish. With sushi, salad, udon, and tempura all together, it felt like a satisfying meal for two.

Is Moshi Moshi PNU Branch worth a weekend lunch?

The sushi quality was really good! There were so many customers, and now I understand why.. Sounds like such an obvious thing to say but it's true.. The sushi was really delicious!! That meme face expression..

Don't even need to say it about the shrimp tempura.. definitely order it! There seem to be a lot of set menus that include shrimp tempura too!

If you're looking for somewhere accessible right in front of PNU's main gate, or a PNU restaurant with easy parking, I think it'd be worth visiting Moshi Moshi!
