Schedule Osteria's French onion soup starts with onions caramelized carefully for 3 hours, then topped with baguette and Emmental cheese and baked in the oven for a rich, deep flavor.

The toasted aroma, the onions' rich sweetness, and the nuttiness of the cheese all came together in harmony — the perfect thing to whet the appetite before the main course.

2. Caesar salad

A salad made with lightly grilled mini romaine topped with bacon crumble for maximum crunch.

Thanks to the tangy, fresh dressing, it worked wonderfully as a palate cleanser between courses.

3. A-grade sea urchin sweet shrimp capellini (highly recommended!)

The signature dish: capellini noodles dressed in premium perilla oil and red vinegar sauce, topped with A-grade sea urchin, sweet shrimp, water celery (chamnamul), and dill.

True to a restaurant known for its pasta, the freshness of the ingredients came through so clearly that even people who normally hesitate over sea urchin's fishy edge could eat this without any worries.
