Lemon soufflé pancakes at Andamiro Pancake, a Sinbu-dong Cheonan café

I'm here to introduce a soufflé spot in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan!!

Where is Andamiro Pancake Cheonan and how do you find it?

'Andamiro Pancake' is located on the 2nd floor across from Sinbu Culture Park! Just take the stairs on the left side of the clothing store to get up to the 2nd floor!

Climbing the stairs, I saw a delicious-looking soufflé illustration that made me want to eat even more, and a subtle, nutty smell wafted through, making me walk faster haha

Inside Andamiro Pancake Cheonan: atmosphere and seating

With soft lighting and wood-tone interior, the place felt cozy, and the plants gave it a warm feeling too.

Pancakes are cooked fresh to order, so it takes 20-30 minutes — good to keep in mind ahead of time!

It also had an open feel where you could watch the owner cooking.

There's a wider, larger seating area further inside, with the same stylish interior as the entrance — the atmosphere was so good!! Each seat had a slightly different mood too, so it was fun to find the spot you liked~

It was cozy while still letting you relax — exactly the vibe I really love~~!!

Stylish and so pretty, right?!!! The place is spacious yet quiet, so you can focus on each other and talk — it would be perfect for a blind date spot!

There's a full-length mirror on one side too, so you can take atmospheric photos haha

The windows are floor-to-ceiling, giving a bright, open view outside, which felt great!! Small windows can make a place feel stuffy, but here it was wide and refreshing, which I loved~

And the owner's sense of style~~ Blankets are provided, and even the blanket color matches the interior color scheme — the space where they're kept was stylish and pretty too~

How were the Americano and matcha einspänner?

For drinks, I ordered the 'Americano' and 'matcha einspänner' — the Americano had a slight acidity that my boyfriend really loves in coffee, and even I, who doesn't prefer acidity, could enjoy it lightly! The 'matcha einspänner' had smooth cream on top with a subtle matcha flavor, and drinking it together with the coffee underneath brought out even more flavor!!! Truly a delicious combination of cream and coffee.

Can you see how plump and fluffy the soufflé looks~??!!! Looks so delicious, right??!!!!!! I ordered the 'lemon soufflé' and 'matcha cream brûlée soufflé'.

The soufflé was really freshly made, so steam rose as I cut it, and it was piping hot!! I could feel the fluffiness as I cut it, giving off a soft feeling even before eating!! The 'lemon soufflé' came drizzled with white cream and something like lemon syrup — the white cream was soft and sweet, and the lemon syrup-like drizzle had a refreshing citrus tang; eating them together with the soufflé was an absolutely fantastic taste, T_T

The 'matcha cream brûlée soufflé' was covered generously in matcha cream, with a sugar coating on top that cracked crisply when cut, and eating it, the matcha flavor and sweetness rushed in, spreading sweetness through my whole mouth!! Both soufflés melted in the mouth with a soft, fluffy texture!! Eating it with the cream doubled the moistness, and it went down so smoothly that it was truly delicious — I devoured it in no time...

Is Andamiro Pancake Cheonan worth a second visit?

You can see the plate wiped completely clean~??haha It was so delicious!!! It's in the top 3 of all the soufflé places I've tried so far T_T Next time, I'm definitely going back to try a different flavor of soufflé^^
