A good spot for when you're craving something sweet in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan~~ This time I visited 'Andamiro Pancake', a café in Sinbu-dong, Cheonan! I wanted to have coffee and enjoy a nice dessert together, and I was especially looking forward to the fluffy Andamiro Soufflé✨
It's a great Cheonan dessert café for a light coffee after a meal in Sinbu-dong, or whenever you're craving something sweet💖 What really caught my eye was the pancake and soufflé menu👀 Unlike a regular pancake, if you like the uniquely fluffy, soft texture of soufflé, this menu is worth your attention. The dish I was most looking forward to that day was, of course, the Andamiro Soufflé :)

Coffee is a must with dessert! First, the iced Americano — a clean coffee that pairs well with dessert. When eating sweet desserts like soufflé or croffle, the clean taste of the Americano cut through the sweetness nicely. And I also ordered the Andamiro Choco, whose name alone made me curious! If you like a smooth latte, this is a great menu to enjoy alongside dessert. Personally, I'd say go with the Americano for sweet, soft desserts like the soufflé, and the Andamiro Choco if you want to enjoy the smooth chocolate flavor on its own.
How fluffy is the Andamiro Soufflé?
The Andamiro Soufflé really shows its fluffiness even just from looking at it! Texture is everything with soufflé pancakes, and one bite confirmed it — soft, fluffy, melts as you eat it, really charming~~✨✨✨ It felt like it just dissolved fluffily in my mouth, making it much lighter to eat than a regular pancake~ The pancake's own subtle sweetness paired really well with the toppings🥹
It's not the kind of overwhelming, heavy sweetness, so it goes nicely with coffee too! It's especially good to eat while warm, so you can really feel that soft, powdery texture unique to soufflé — I'd recommend trying the soufflé before the coffee!
Adding a croffle to the soufflé order
The croffle's highlight is the crispy outside and chewy inside — a great pick when you're craving something sweet to go with coffee🖤 It's a completely different texture from the fluffy, soft soufflé, so ordering both together made for a fun dessert session haha. If you like soft desserts, go with the soufflé; if you like crispy and chewy, go with the croffle — or order both and share, they go well together🌈
