Euljiro wine restaurant date with bisque pasta: Pyu Euljiro

I visited the Euljiro favorite, “Pyu Euljiro (퓨 을지로)” 🍷🤍 I found Pyu Euljiro while looking for a restaurant with a nice atmosphere near Euljiro 3-ga Station! Euljiro has so many cool little spots tucked down its alleys these days, but if you want somewhere to sit down more leisurely for a meal and a chat, this felt like a pretty good choice too ( ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈ ) The atmosphere is especially nice for enjoying food with wine, so I’d recommend it to anyone looking for an Euljiro date spot!

Pyu Euljiro is on the first floor of the Tower 107 building near Euljiro 3-ga Station. For parking, just search for Tower 107 or “Pyu Euljiro” and use the parking lot, so it was convenient even by car 🚗 Parking can be surprisingly stressful in Euljiro, so having access to the building lot is the best . . 🤍

An interior made for quiet conversation

The first thing I noticed upon walking in was the warm, soft lighting and green plants naturally blended into the space ••🌳🍃 With the wood-toned tables too, it felt warm yet clean overall.

It would suit anyone looking for an Euljiro blind-date spot, or a date restaurant where you can eat calmly ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ They operate without a break time, so you can come by for a comfortable meal at any time!

Further inside, there are more tables. They are not fully closed off like partitions, but fabric surrounds them, creating a naturally separated feel—such a nice atmosphere for a quiet meal and conversation!

We made a dining reservation in advance. At Pyu Euljiro, ordering a drink is required when dining, so keep that in mind before you visit. They have nonalcoholic drinks too!

There was a wide selection of drinks and à la carte dishes, as well as a sharing set for two, so if you want to share several dishes, ordering the set could be a good idea!!

Bisque pasta packed with shrimp flavor

The bisque pasta looked quite appetizing from the start 🍝 It came topped with two big shrimp, so it is inevitably the kind of dish that catches a shrimp lover’s eye.

They describe it as pasta with a rich shrimp sauce and Champagne foam, capturing a deep ocean aroma. The shrimp flavor came through strongly, and the lush, thick sauce worked so well with the noodles that it was lovely with wine too 🤍

The texture of the truffle mushroom risotto

It was generously topped with thinly sliced mushrooms, making it a dish that would instantly win over mushroom lovers just from the look 🍄🟫🩶

The risotto rice had a somewhat different texture from regular rice; it felt like there were grains similar to barley in it, and the little pops of texture were fun!! The truffle aroma came through alongside the nutty flavor of the mushrooms, and I enjoyed it so much.

The food and red wine pairing was seriously great that day! If you are looking for wine in Euljiro and want to have a proper meal too, I think it would make a nice date course.

My boyfriend had to drive that day, so he ordered Shine Muscat juice instead of wine. It did not just taste like a sweet drink—it really seemed like juice made by pressing actual Shine Muscat grapes. It was not overly sweet and had a somehow healthy(?) taste, so my boyfriend happily drank it too, haha.

We had already snacked on all sorts of things, so we were fairly full even when we arrived. But it was so delicious that we scraped our plates clean ( ˶ˆᗜˆ˵ )
