An Euljiro 3-ga burger you can hold in your hands
A great burger spot in Euljiro 3-ga. The ingredients are fresh, it is not overly salty, and it lands right in that delicious middle ground. BAS Burger Euljiro Branch is a proven good-burger place, seriously. Whatever burger you order, it will be very decent.
This is a proper, normal burger you hold in your hands—not one of those unhinged handmade burgers skewered on a plate and cut with a knife. (I say this every time, but those burgers need to disappear.)
BAS Burger Euljiro Branch is open from 11 AM to 8:30 PM, perfect for a simple dinner with a beer.

At BAS Burger, the Double Bacon Cheeseburger is the essential order. You absolutely have to get this basic classic. Photos of it are further down. Double Bacon Cheeseburger ₩12,900, BAS Lager draft beer ₩13,600, onion rings ₩3,500. A clean, simple order.
BAS Burger menu and location
The menu at BAS Burger in Euljiro.

For Euljiro, where places charge a lot just because they can, this is a delicious burger with very good value.

There are chicken items too, plus sides including fries, onion rings, sweet potato, and cheese bites. Everything is properly covered.

It is in the Euljiro 3-ga food alley, near the Sheraton Josun Seoul Myeongdong hotel.

Just head downstairs.

I visited around 7 PM, exactly the time for a quick dinner. Maybe because it is near hotels, there were lots of international guests there for burgers.
The place is spacious, so no worries about getting a seat. There were tables that looked like they were begging for a work meeting.
Unlimited James Potato Chips for dine-in
You can eat unlimited James Potato Chips at BAS Burger. Sprinkle pepper on them here and take them back. There is no salt, just pepper, yep.

You have to pay if you want them to go. Only dine-in guests can eat them for free. Do not spend money on that pointless Hipjiro vibe in Euljiro; eat a burger here at BAS Burger, take a walk along Cheonggyecheon Stream, then go home.

Honestly, it may be unlimited, but let us all eat responsibly. Take only what you will eat so nothing goes to waste.

They are tasty and not greasy—like a healthy, non-fattening snack. These days I prefer this to something super salty. But their name is James Potato Chips. James??????? Who is he? Suddenly I need to know?
You can just take ketchup and mustard. Please take only what you will eat.

There were so many kinds of sauce. They are for people who ordered fried food—chicken and things like that.
Double Bacon Cheeseburger and BAS Lager draft beer

A great burger in Euljiro 3-ga. Not “hambugi”—it is a hamburger.

BAS Burger's onion rings are a little like Japanese-style tempura: a thin coating, extremely crisp. The oil is thoroughly drained too, so they are simply crunchy. Healthy fried food.

You must have it without ketchup
Have the Double Bacon Cheeseburger without ketchup. You can taste the harmony of nutty cheese, salty bacon, and the rich beef patty much better, so you must leave out the ketchup. Leave it out.

The meat was very fresh and rich too, yep. Unlike other franchise burgers that are a bit bigger but feel sloppy, this one is clean.

It fits in one hand, so how easy is it to eat? Who on earth came up with and developed eating burgers cut up on a plate? Find the culprit. You must find out. Send them to the gallows!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As expected of a great Euljiro 3-ga burger restaurant, the bun is wonderfully nutty and delicious too. It seems like it would be good even torn off and eaten on its own. It would probably fill you up with milk or juice.

This seems to be what they call BAS Burger's special sauce. It is not needlessly sour—just tasty and smooth.

The beef patties are a good thickness, have texture, and still taste properly of beef. Nothing to criticize, yep.

The bacon is crisp too. It neatly balances the cheese and beef patty, which could otherwise get rich.

Just showing you what is inside.

The BAS Lager beer was smooth, so I enjoyed drinking it.

Crisp onion rings. It feels like the emphasis is more on the batter than the onion, but they are much better than onion rings elsewhere. Like eating an upscale onion ring?

Sauce refills are a given, and it looked like beer tastings might be available too. I did not have time for that. Anyway, I enjoyed the Double Bacon Cheeseburger and draft beer at BAS Burger in Euljiro. I plan to come back for another easy dinner.
