Today I visited Think Fruit, a famous soufflé spot in Hongdae! If you're looking for a café near Hongik University Station full of delicious desserts, pay attention to this post.

Inside Think Fruit: interior and atmosphere
The inside of Think Fruit is decorated cleanly and cutely in white tones, so it's an atmosphere women especially will love! The white tones make it feel so clean that I wanted to come back often!
A place many come to for working on laptops, meeting friends, or dates. With delicious desserts, the conversation never ends 〰️
Right now peaches and figs are in season, so the peach & fig parfait and soufflé pancake were popular. As soon as I walked in, I saw the fresh fruit being kept in storage.

The menu had seasonal items, fruit soufflé pancakes, parfait desserts, plus coffee, smoothies, tea, and even some special-looking drinks. I ordered the fig soufflé pancake, an iced Americano, and a peach lemonade! Since it's known for soufflé pancakes, I had to taste one ✨

At Think Fruit, the iced Americano and peach lemonade came out first, and they said the soufflé pancake takes about 20 minutes since it's made to order!
The coffee tasted excellent, and an iced Americano really seems like a must to go with the dessert! The peach lemonade was a combination I'd never seen anywhere else — refreshing and cool, perfect for quenching thirst.
How was the fig soufflé pancake at Think Fruit?
The fig soufflé pancake arrived! The visuals were amazing, doesn't it look delicious? I usually love fruit, so I like both figs and peaches, and I really agonized over which to order 😭 Both were popular menu items..😍
Fresh figs and fluffy soufflé together, plus house-made soft whipped cream and Häagen-Dazs vanilla ice cream!! It looked like it would melt in my mouth 🫶🏻
It's almost too pretty to eat. A soufflé pancake that melts away the second it touches your tongue, figs pairing this well with vanilla ice cream — I got a proper dose of sweetness!
The figs were fresh and very sweet, so I really enjoyed it, and for someone who usually loves pancakes, this was needless to say a perfect dessert 〰️✨

Think Fruit turned out to be a spot selected by the Blue Ribbon Survey. There's a reason it's such a popular Hongdae café 🩵 The desserts and drinks were all perfect, so it's definitely a Hongdae café I'll be a regular at. It's among the top three soufflés I've ever had.
It's a must-visit Hongdae dessert spot, and even the drinks are delicious!! A pretty space with a great atmosphere, Think Fruit‼️ With delicious desserts, it was an even happier time. I hope you all get to spend a happy time here with the people you love ✨
