Hongdae soufflé café where one dessert feeds three: Think Fruit
In short
Think Fruit is a dessert café near Hongik University Station in Mapo, Seoul, serving soufflés and parfaits made with premium seasonal fruit. Stopping by after lunch with her sister, the writer ordered the peach soufflé at 22,000 won with a classic royal milk tea and a Melo Bianco, and waited 15–20 minutes because the meringue is whipped and baked to order. Think Fruit is not cheap, but the whole-peach presentation and a portion big enough for three people make the price easy to accept.

The interior is floor-to-ceiling windows on every side, so it's bright and cheerful the moment you walk in — my mood instantly lifted. The white-toned interior also gave off a pure, refreshing vibe.

What we ordered: peach soufflé, Melo Bianco and classic royal milk tea

We ordered one melo bianco, one classic royal milk tea, and the peach soufflé for dessert.

When we ordered, the staff kindly let us know the soufflé takes about 15–20 minutes since the meringue is whipped and baked fresh for each order.

Melo Bianco, 6,900 won
An Einspänner-based coffee topped with a big, nicely toasted marshmallow — dipping it into the soft whipped cream gave a fluffy, sweet, nutty bite. It's basically dessert and coffee in one drink.

Peach soufflé, 22,000 won
This Japanese-style pancake gets its fluffy, cloud-soft texture because the meringue is whipped and baked to order. It's made with top-grade peaches from suppliers chosen by a fruit sommelier, so the fresh juice from the real fruit, plus Häagen-Dazs ice cream, makes for a bright, sweet, mood-lifting dessert!

The peaches are ripened in a dedicated fridge, so they're packed with sweetness and juice. When you cut the whole peach in half, it's stuffed with plain Greek yogurt!

My jaw literally dropped at the visual — such a treat for the eyes — and the melt-in-your-mouth peach with the tangy yogurt made for a sweet, refreshing, mood-boosting dessert spread. Honestly, looking at the price alone I thought it might be a bit steep, but once I saw and tasted it, it totally made sense — and the portion is huge, easily enough for three people to share.

Tasting it myself, the soufflé itself was so fluffy and soft, like a baby's bottom — and dipped generously in whipped cream, it was heavenly! It was so soft and airy that the texture got better with every bite, and I completely fell for it.
Is Think Fruit worth it? Final verdict

Trying it firsthand, this was the best-quality soufflé I've had, and getting to enjoy seasonal fruit alongside it was a bonus. The café's relaxed, calm atmosphere also made it a great spot to unwind while looking out the window.
