I arrived a bit early for my appointment, so I caught my breath waiting in the lobby for a while. Right on time, I was kindly guided into the private room where the waxing would take place. One side of the room had a dedicated closet-style storage space for coats, clothes, and bags, so I could safely stash my belongings. What I liked even more was that a small private shower and sink were connected right inside the room. The flow was incredibly efficient.

After receiving a clean towel and disposable skirt from the shop, I finished cleansing in the small shower and waited, ready, until the director came in to start the treatment. Once the actual waxing began, the director's hands were so fast and precise that I genuinely marveled at her speed. Because her hands moved so quickly, the irritation on my skin didn't linger, and thanks to her precise, pinpoint technique, it went smoothly with almost no pain — much less than I imagined.

When I checked the time from consultation through cleansing, waxing, and finishing care, it had all wrapped up neatly in just 30 minutes. For someone visiting on a busy schedule like me, that time savings was extremely satisfying.

Throughout the treatment, the director shared plenty of useful home care tips. While neatly clearing up visible ingrown hairs, she emphasized how important regular care is. In particular, she gave the practical tip that since skin can easily become dehydrated after waxing, using a sugar scrub every other day is a great way to prevent ingrown hairs — really helpful advice.
