I visited WeWe Burger near Giheung Station, a premium handmade burger spot where you can tell a lot of care — and even health — goes into every burger. The orange exterior is cute and stylish from the outside, and it turned out to be the perfect place to start a weekend morning in style.

The cute orange exterior catches the eye from far away, and inside, the warm sunlight blends with the space to give it a stylish yet cozy feel.
Kiosk ordering and bar seats: solo meal or date at WeWe Burger
You order easily at the kiosk, and the self-serve bar has ketchup, spoons, wet wipes, and straws neatly laid out, which makes things very convenient.
The relaxed bar table and cozy space make it a great spot to enjoy a nice meal by yourself, and thanks to the stylish atmosphere, I'd also recommend it as a date spot.
While waiting for the burgers after ordering, I looked around the store… soft, sentimental BGM was playing that matched the atmosphere perfectly. WeWe Burger has an open kitchen layout where you can see right into the cooking area, so you can watch the whole process. That gave me extra confidence in the cleanliness and hygiene, which made it even more reassuring to enjoy the food.
Country of origin labels were posted too, and there was a nice touch for kids: besides soda, they stock Tinyping drinks that kids love, so it's a great spot for families with children.
Sesame bun or brioche bun? WeWe Burger bakes both in house
WeWe's handmade burgers apparently bake their own bread in house too. You can choose between a sesame bun and a brioche bun. I picked the sesame bun for the Classic Burger and the brioche bun for the Truffle Burger!
The handmade burgers finally arrived… waiting with excitement after ordering, the freshly made burgers appeared piping hot on the open kitchen's pickup counter.
Since I was eating in, a staff member kindly brought the burgers right to my table. Getting served comfortably in my seat made it feel like being properly treated at a high-end burger restaurant. Everything from the buns to the patties is grilled fresh in-store, so the moment it lands on the table, a savory aroma hits you..!!

This is the Classic Burger set with the savory sesame bun. Ripe tomato, red onion, romaine, bacon, and a 100% beef patty packed in generously — the classic, done right.
The colorful ingredients come together so harmoniously it looks almost like a burger straight out of an animation, don't you think? One bite gives you the fresh crunch of vegetables mixed pleasantly with the rich flavor of the patty.
Truffle Burger set, 16,900 won
Truffle Burger (single ₩11,900 / set ₩16,900)
I chose the soft, buttery brioche bun for this one.
This burger has that distinct, luxurious truffle aroma added in — every bite releases a truffle scent that meets the rich juices of the beef patty for a deep, upscale flavor.
Fries or sweet potato fries: which side to pick at WeWe Burger
Since fries come included with the sets, I chose regular fries for one and sweet potato fries for the other. Unlike thin, limp regular fries, these are fried thick enough that the fluffy texture of the potato stays intact, and the portion is generous — just a few bites and you're already getting full.
I was curious about the sweet potato fries since it was my first time trying them, and the crispiness really stood out. Especially the outside — unusually crisp, while the inside stayed moist and sweet, better than I expected. With the burger and sides together, the portions were so generous that I was completely full after finishing the meal.
