Taco restaurant in Ansan for birria tacos with friends: The Taco Booth

Today I visited a taco restaurant in Gojan-dong, Ansan with friends — The Taco Booth! It's been featured on two TV shows, Master in the House (생활의 달인) and Live Today, so I had huge expectations before we even walked in!

Isn't the exterior so hip and stylish? It's so flashy and eye-catching that finding the place was super easy haha!

Outside there's a kiosk just for takeout orders! It separates dine-in and takeout customers, so the inside of the restaurant stays uncluttered and more comfortable.

What's the interior vibe like?

This is the inside of The Taco Booth! It's decorated just as stylishly as the outside. Feeling Itaewon's hip vibe all the way in Ansan... what happiness to find nearby!

The items you need while eating are neatly laid out on one side, and you just grab what you need! There's also a hand-washing spot on the side, which was such a thoughtful touch!

Here's The Taco Booth's menu! There were more varied options than I expected, so I really had to think hard about what to order haha ♥

We grabbed the items we needed! The tea-bag-looking thing on the plate was actually a plastic glove — isn't that so cute? (；∀；) The complimentary corn nachos were also so tasty!

At The Taco Booth, this Ansan taco spot, you can pay right at your table using a kiosk! I find this way more convenient than paying directly at the counter!

There was a menu board placed at each table too, so nicely thought out! At first I thought about getting a poke bowl, but I wanted to try a variety of things, so we ordered the All-Meat Fajita and the birria tacos featured on Master in the House!(* ´ ▽ ` *)

We tried the birria tacos that were featured on Master in the House! They normally come as a set of two, but since all three of us wanted to try them, we added one more haha

Packed with cheese and pulled pork, these birria tacos filled your mouth completely and were so delicious!♥ It was featured on Master in the House, so that says it all, right?ㅎ Dipping it in the accompanying sauce made it even more amazing (；∀；)

All-Meat Fajita — five kinds of meat, plus extra tortillas

Next up was the All-Meat Fajita! It's a dish where you freely pile five different secret-recipe meats from Master in the House onto a tortilla!

All five meats had totally different flavors and were so good that... we ended up adding more tortillas! It also came with four kinds of sauce, so we could enjoy a variety of flavors!

Piling all these different ingredients together and wrapping them neatly into a tortilla,

then taking a bite gave such a rich, flavorful mouthful! The shrimp especially was plump and so~ delicious!!

To sum up

If you're looking for a proper taco restaurant in Ansan! If you're looking for a date spot in Gojan-dong! I really recommend The Taco Booth! From the hip interior to the delicious food, it was such a great time catching up with friends over good food after a long while ㅎ Next time I visit, I want to try the other menu items one by one!(｡•̀ᴗ-)✧♥
