We ordered the Locos BBQ ribs 3-person set for ₩79,800. It comes with your choice of 2 of 4 rib flavors, plus brisket, pork belly, pulled pork, and 6 sides, and we paired it with two beers from the 1+1 promotion.
Ta-da! Our barbecue platter arrived first!!! The look of it was amazing.
Since we ordered the 3-person set, we could pick 2 out of 4 rib flavors, which was nice for mixing according to taste. Because it's cooked low and slow, the oak smoke flavor was naturally infused throughout!
The brisket had a deep meaty flavor and tender texture — it deserves being called the signature dish!
The ribs were so tender the meat practically fell off the bone, which made it fun to pull apart by hand. I couldn't believe you could get a real ribs platter at this price!!
The corn that came with it was sweet and delicious too!
The pulled pork shredded softly along the grain — good on its own or piled on bread. (It pairs so well like this in a sandwich!)
The leftover meat came with burger buns and tortillas so you could wrap it up, so we never got tired of it right to the end! We made ourselves a solid little burger like this. There were two women and one man, three of us total, and we ate until we were seriously full. The 3-person platter is really plenty!!
