What texture do you like in a financier? Me, I'm 100%, absolutely team crisp-chewy... ♡ I heard Jeonju has exactly the crisp-chewy financier I love, so I went to check it out. It's 'Ppajak Financier Bar' in Jinbuk-dong, haha. Let me write it all down~

The orange exterior makes it super visible even from far away 🧡 There's no dedicated parking, so I quickly parked on the roadside across the street.
Even the chairs and mini sign out front are orange, orange, orange 🧡🧡🧡
A heartwarming touch right at the entrance ☺️ They're recognized as a 'sharing restaurant' and 'good neighbor shop,' so they're clearly doing good things too, haha.
Inside the shop and the drink menu
The inside is a cozy space that seats about 3 groups. The wood tones make it feel even warmer 🤎 In the back, the owner seemed to be making financiers nonstop. The moment I walked in, the smell of baking financiers hit me... 🤤
They sell coffee and other drinks here too, not just financiers 🧃 The owner recommended the Ppajak cream latte, so I'll try it next visit, haha.

The blueberry cream cheese financier I tried right after getting in the car. Just the right amount of blueberry jam plus cream cheese — the combo is the best, haha ♡
Even the egg tart is shaped like a flower — doesn't it look tasty just from the visual~? My friend bought this egg tart too, and said the pastry-style crust makes it even better ♥ If you're looking for the best financier dessert spot in Jeonju, I recommend Ppajak, haha.
