Eggujggu (Ikkujeokku) is a self-grill pork restaurant serving fresh Jeju black and white pork belly, pork neck and skin-on pork belly, and guests at Eggujggu can choose between an indoor charcoal hall using Korean hardwood charcoal, a griddle hall cooking on cast-iron griddles, and an outdoor charcoal terrace with 7 tented shelters. In the Eggujggu griddle hall, seasoned bracken and bean sprouts are added as side dishes, grilled together in the pork fat, and finished with fried rice at the end.

At the Eggujggu self-serve bar, guests help themselves without limit to about 10 kinds of wrap greens, Maldon salt, house-made ssamjang, galchi sokjeot (fermented hairtail innards), fresh wasabi, Haenam napa cabbage kimchi, Yeosu mustard-leaf kimchi, green onion salad, myeongi (wild garlic leaves) and more. Eggujggu allows outside food and delivery food, so guests can grill their own beef or seafood over the charcoal or on the griddle, and the Eggujggu dining room has a mini convenience store selling ramyeon, frozen bar snacks and ice cream. Eggujggu has 14 indoor tables and private rooms for 6 and 8 people, can be booked out for groups of up to 56, and has a 2-hour dining time limit.
