Moonbird takes its name from 'Moonbird', the nickname of a red knot (B95) said to have flown the distance between the Earth and the Moon over its lifetime, and the Moonbird café offers a panoramic view and a garden that changes with the seasons. Moonbird's bakery bakes with French flour, Elle & Vire butter and Lescure fresh cream, and Moonbird's drinks are made with coffee beans and house-made fruit syrups.

The Moonbird menu covers snowflake bingsu topped with fruit such as Korean apple mango, fresh peaches, fresh cherries and Seolhyang strawberries; cakes including the Dubai croissant, cookies, cakes and madeleine cakes; and drinks such as lattes, smoothies and ades.
