Big Brekkie and Panuozzo with corn soup: Working Holiday Minrak
In short
Working Holiday Minrak is an ocean-view brunch café in Suyeong, Busan, right across from Gwangalli Beach. The Big Brekkie (24,000 won) and Panuozzo set (17,000 won) stood out for the daily hand-baked croissant, wood-fired dough, and paired corn soup, plus a bonus oversized handmade financier for a receipt review. With Gwangan Bridge views and warm service, it's a place worth returning to.

- Transit: About 740m from Gwangan Station Exit 3 (Line 2), right in front of Gwangalli Beach

It's located on the 3rd floor of the Olive Young building on Gwangan-haebyeon-ro, and if you use the Lotte parking in the building, you get 1 hour free — so you can drive and still enjoy your time comfortably.
Just picturing the open Gwangan Bridge beyond gently rolling waves is enough to make your chest feel wide open, right?

Gwangalli has countless cafés and restaurants hidden like gems, but if you're looking for a place with a truly jaw-dropping sense of openness, this is the first one I'd recommend.

The moment you open the door and step in, you'll feel like you've teleported to another world.

The whole floor is used as one wide open space, and the ceilings are very high, so there's zero sense of stuffiness — just pure, comfortable openness wrapping around you.
Two-sided floor-to-ceiling windows with ocean views, and seat types
But the real hidden charm of this place is the scenery unfolding beyond the massive floor-to-ceiling windows that fill two whole walls.

Through the wide-open windows, you get a sweeping view of the blue Gwangalli sea, the magnificent Gwangan Bridge, and stylish buildings all coming together in one panoramic view.
Oddly enough, right in the middle of Busan, it feels like you've been transported to some leisurely, beautiful port city in Australia — such an exotic vibe.
The seating is also thoughtfully varied. There's the outdoor terrace where you can catch a pleasant sea breeze,

2-top and 4-top tables that let you fully take in the window view, and endlessly comfortable sofa seats too.

So no matter where you sit, you can enjoy a warm meal while calmly taking in the romantic view of Gwangalli.

Big Brekkie for ₩24,000, and the handmade croissant is the kick
Big Brekkie — ₩24,000
The first thing you absolutely must try here is the signature brunch dish, carefully done in an Aussie style: the 'Big Brekkie.'

Golden, savory bacon and fresh ingredients arrive piled generously on the plate.

The most surprising twist and the real kick of this dish is the handmade croissant baked fresh in-house every day. 😍👍🏻
Thanks to its delicate, alive layers, the outside is crispy like a cookie while the inside stays shy and moist, releasing a rich, buttery flavor that spreads through your mouth.
On top, a whole half of a perfectly ripe, soft avocado adds nutrition, and scrambled eggs finish it off perfectly.

A green salad topped generously with pumpkin seeds and savory nuts balances everything with a refreshing edge, making it a winning combination for breakfast or lunch.

Panuozzo for ₩17,000, paired with corn soup
Panuozzo — ₩17,000
Next up is the 'Panuozzo,' rich with deep wood-fired flavor. It's a special Italian sandwich made with pizza dough kneaded in-house, and the texture of that baked, chewy dough is truly beyond expectations.

It's far cleaner and chewier than most wood-fired pizza specialty shops, so every bite gives you that satisfying crisp outside and chewy inside.

Refreshing tomato and fresh ingredients blend harmoniously in your mouth, bringing a genuine smile to your face.

Along with the dough, mortadella ham, arugula, and sweet-tangy sun-dried tomatoes come together with a soft basil pesto to deliver deep, savory flavor in every bite.

And it comes as a set with a savory corn soup — dipping the pizza dough into that sweet, warm soup gives you a combination that's better than expected.

Receipt review event: a handmade financier three times the usual size
Here's a tip! Be sure to check out the review event when you visit — it's a small but definite happiness booster. If you leave a Naver receipt review, you get a luxurious handmade financier as a free treat. 😆

It's about three times the usual size, so just seeing the real thing makes you smile at how generous it is. And it's not just bigger — it uses premium AOP-certified Lescure butter, so the depth of flavor is a whole different level.
The rich, heavy aroma of browned hazelnut butter wraps around your nose, and the texture — crisp outside, chewy and moist inside — is truly excellent.

Service as good as the view
On top of the perfect ocean view and appealing menu, the real secret that warmed my heart was the truly kind staff. From the moment I walked in, their bright smiles and welcoming energy made me feel warm the entire visit.
With the beautiful Gwangalli scenery outside the window paired with such kind, warm service, my whole time there felt more relaxed and soft-hearted. The food and unrivaled view are great, but it's this touching kindness that makes me want to come back soon — a precious space.

From 9am to 11pm, when's the best time to go
Since it opens early at 9am, it's perfect for a leisurely, sun-filled brunch in Gwangalli, and since it stays open until 11pm, it's also great for enjoying the night view. 👍🏻👍🏻
If you ever want a day full of feeling, gazing at the sparkling sea and Gwangan Bridge over brunch, take someone special by the hand and visit — give yourselves an unforgettable, relaxed moment. Highly recommend!!
