Otters Jisan Saetgang Main Branch, a mega café in Gumi, is a great bakery café to visit with a baby. My husband, our baby, and I went to Otters Jisan Saetgang Main Branch in Gumi :) It's famous for being one of the biggest cafés in Gumi, so a lot of you have probably been there already. Going this time, I found the parking space and the interior just as spacious, so it was easy to visit with the baby. There were so many kinds of bakery items too, so we picked out a bunch to try.

How was parking when we drove there with the baby?
We visited as three — my husband, our baby, and me — by car. From the moment we arrived, I liked that Otters had such a wide parking area. When you're out with a baby, you have to get them out of the car seat, gather all the gear, and manage the baby all at once, so a place with inconvenient parking is exhausting from the start. Here that burden was minimal, which made it a great spot for a family visit.
Location and hours of Otters Jisan Saetgang Main Branch
11 Seonsan-daero, Gumi-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, South Korea. It's a large bakery café located in Jisan-dong, Gumi, close to Jisan Saetgang Park. The business listing currently shows amenities like parking, baby chairs, group seating, and pet-friendliness! Open daily 11:00–22:00, no regular closing day.

The interior space and baby chairs
Once you step inside the café, the space is genuinely huge. There are plenty of seats, and everything feels open, so it didn't feel cramped even with the baby around. When I go to a café with the baby, I definitely prefer a spacious place like this over somewhere too tight with tables packed close together. It's a good space whether you're visiting with a group or as a family.
Baby chairs are also provided. When you're out at cafés with a baby, whether or not baby chairs are available actually matters a lot. We visited with our baby this time, and having a baby chair meant we could sit comfortably and enjoy our time.

What we ordered and the prices
Otters is a mega café with a wide variety of bakery items too. We didn't just pick one bread that day, we grabbed several haha
- Melon cream bread ₩4,800
- Melon cream ciabatta ₩6,000
- Berry doughnut ₩3,900
- Real milk cream ₩4,200
- Macha/bubbla cream ₩6,800
- Butter cream latte ₩7,500

We also ordered an olive ciabatta for the baby~

And you absolutely have to order the melon bread hahahahahaha so good

These days Otters has expanded its cream-filled breads and doughnuts too. The current in-store menu includes several doughnuts and baked goods, including a yellow cheese cream doughnut, along with a blended americano. That day we picked one of each kind — melon cream bread, ciabatta, berry doughnut, and milk cream. If you like bakeries, browsing the display case and choosing is part of the fun.

Butter cream latte ₩7,500
For a drink, we ordered the butter cream latte. It was ₩7,500 at the time of our visit. We'd already picked out several kinds of bread, and adding a cream latte on top made it a properly sweet outing haha. Some café visits it's just an americano, but at a place with so many bakery options, having a sweet drink alongside works well too.
What I liked best about Otters was definitely how spacious it is. If it had just been my husband and me, I probably wouldn't have thought much about it, but going around with the baby, a wide café is clearly more comfortable. Wide parking, a wide interior, and baby chairs on top — everything you need for a visit with a baby was well covered.
Tastes like a melted melon popsicle..! The cream was so generous too, it was genuinely delicious
This place's cream game..! So generous

Is it pet-friendly?
For anyone in Gumi looking for a large bakery café where you can bring your pet, this might be worth noting. That said, I'd recommend checking with the store directly about the specific pet policy before visiting.
Overall thoughts from the visit with the baby
This time we visited as three — my husband, our baby, and me — and overall I had a comfortable time. Above all, the wide parking space and spacious interior made it easy to bring the baby, and having baby chairs helped too. There were so many bakery options that it was fun picking out different things to try. If you're looking for a mega café in Gumi with easy parking and lots of space, or a Gumi bakery café to visit with a baby, give Otters Jisan Saetgang Main Branch a try :)
