Do you all like Western food? I really love pasta, and today I visited a pretty restaurant that's great for enjoying Western food in Haeundae — "Bueokgan Haeundae Branch."

Where is Bueokgan Haeundae Branch, and is there parking?
Bueokgan, a great spot for a brunch-style Western meal in Haeundae, Busan, is a restaurant located on Dalmaji-gil.

Because of that, the parking is well set up, so you can visit without any worries. Restaurants on Dalmaji-gil tend to have convenient parking anyway, but this place felt especially well organized.

Inside Bueokgan: sunlit window seats and round chairs
Here's the interior of Bueokgan, a delicious brunch spot in Haeundae, Busan. Walking in, there were seats on both sides, and every single seat was pretty, which I loved.

Especially the sunlight coming in through the windows along with the warm lighting made the atmosphere even better.
We visited during the day, but I think it would also be great for an evening date. Especially those round seats — they're spacious, cushiony, and above all, pretty.
Even the table setting was pretty — spoon, fork and knife, plates with the Bueokgan mark, even the wet wipes.

Bueokgan is also famous for its Western food in Haeundae, Busan, so there's a wide range of pasta, risotto, pilaf, pizza, and steak.

There's also a variety of drinks, beer, and wine.

We ordered Earl Grey ade, tomato clay-pot pasta, abalone cream risotto, and jambon pizza. I even filmed it for video — the menu photos at this Haeundae Western food spot Bueokgan were clear and clean, so they're helpful to reference when ordering.

Early weekday lunch: how fast does the food arrive?
And here's the food that arrived. Even though we visited during an early weekday lunch, the sunny window seats were nearly full and the other side was about half full — a fairly busy time — yet our ordered dishes came out almost all at once, in quick succession. The visuals of the dishes matched the menu photos almost 99 percent, and they all looked delicious.

Jambon pizza: the sweet-and-salty table favourite
First up, the jambon pizza. Everyone in our group gave this a double thumbs-up — a chewy dough topped with flavorful cheese, soft and salty jambon ham, and sweet honey.

When you take a bite, the cheese stretches so much — this jambon pizza from Bueokgan, a Western food spot in Haeundae, Busan, was truly delicious. Especially the salty jambon and sweet honey together made a sweet-and-salty combo that couldn't possibly taste bad.

Abalone cream risotto: thick sauce made with abalone innards
Next, the abalone risotto. The creamy abalone innard sauce, the plump texture of the risotto rice, and the abalone that seemed finely chopped but still had a chewy bite — this dish was delicious.

Thick and rich, exactly the texture cream lovers would enjoy, plus the savory abalone innards on top — even taking a big spoonful and eating it in one bite, there was no greasiness, just deliciousness. It seems like something everyone, young or old, would like, but I think parents especially would love it.

Seafood tomato clay-pot pasta: a shallow pool of broth
The seafood clay-pot pasta was loaded with green mussels and plump shrimp. The broth was on the soupier side, which seems like it would pair well with drinks. I'd recommend this to anyone looking for good pasta in Haeundae.
The shrimp in particular were plump and generous, and there was a good amount of pasta noodles underneath too, so it felt like great value.
The green mussels were plump with no fishy taste at all, and there were also plenty of clams. This seafood clay-pot tomato pasta lived up to its name exactly.

Apple Earl Grey ade and house-made pickles at Bueokgan
And to go with everything, the apple Earl Grey ade. The Earl Grey syrup paired with crisp apple pieces made it refreshing and tangy.
The carefully made house pickles were also tasty in between bites. With gorgeous interiors perfect for anniversaries and food made with care in every dish, this was Bueokgan, a great Western food spot in Haeundae, Busan.
